Owner Ronnie Johnson cleaned my carpet and was punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable while still being competitively priced. Service was prompt and Mr. Johnson did a FANTASTIC job! I will definitely use Xtreme Clean for my future cleaning needs and would highly recommend Xtreme Clean to others as well!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. They got back to me promptly. They showed up when they said. They made me aware of exactly what they were going to do. There were no additional charges. They did good quality carpet cleaning.

This was a "big deal" that was brought to my attention by an e-mail from Angie's List. I had planned to tackle the hallway myself because it had been fairly heavily stained by dogs, but it is always frustrating to focus on a relatively small area knowing that you are surrounded by several rooms that also need to be cleaned. I decided that for $99.00 I was willing to pay to have most of my upstairs cleaned at the same time. Ronnie Johnson and one other worker arrived exactly as scheduled , calling ahead to let me know they were on their way. I was surprised by the amount of equipment they had including hoses attached to a large motor inside their panel truck. The hoses stretched from my driveway, up the stairs and along the L-shaped hallway (at least 75 feet). It went so quickly that I didn't expect much and did not even go upstairs that first night. I decided to wait until it was dry. When I did go upstairs the next day I was shocked to see that the whole area looked like new. They had moved some of the furniture to clean beneath it, and the heavily soiled areas were stain free. I could easily recommend them to anyone and will have their company and their phone number handy for the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

For the most part it was good and the floor turned out cleaner than it was before, but I thought there were some areas that they could have gotten better. They were super friendly and professional. They got the job done in about 45 minutes.

I had suggested days for them to come but they never showed. Unresponsive in getting back to us. Suggested dates to come out but no one called me on those days.

A great value and super nice folks to work with! They did an amazing job on bringing back the color on our 16 year old kitchen and bath tile floors and very dirty grout lines. Impressed. I purchased a deal for 300 sq ft of tile and grout cleaning. Quick response, service promptly scheduled. Arrived as scheduled and services perfored in a timely and clean manner. Job looked great with a minimum of fuss. I would use them again.

I was very impressed with the service. The carpets were cleaned in an excellent fashion. The serviceman was very professional and on time. He did not try to upsell me with extras or tell me the areas I requested were not included. I actually expected to pay somewhat more because I had some bad stains and the areas being cleaned were large. However, he actually did more than he had to. I was so impressed I even gave him a tip. How refreshing to have someone go out of their way to provide a quality service over and above the call of duty. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am keeping their card as I intend to use them for other household projects.

He came out the same day I called and did a great job. He quoted me around $250, but did the job for only around $160. He did 3 bedrooms with the carpets, 2 bathrooms, our sunroom, kitchen, living room, dining room. He was very prompt and responsible. I would use him again in the future.

It turned out fine. As far as the quality of the work, it's great. There were a few professional issues that could have been done better. They were a person of their word. It came out exactly what they said it was. I added some more stuff to it. It wasn't that much more than what I have paid for. I would use them again. It was good. The pricing was reasonable for what I had done.

Ronnie at Xtreme Clean cleaned my carpets today. Overall, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Prior to the job, he was easy to contact for quoting and answering questions. On the day of the job, he was punctual and efficient. He even made some minor repairs to the carpeting. While my carpets were in decent shape prior to the service, they look great now! Throughout the entire process he was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend his service.

Like a previous reviewer wrote, these women did not speak English. I tried to tell them to only clean the baseboards if they were muddy, not just dusty, but they cleaned all of them. I tried to tell them that my husband would be doing the vacuuming, but they didn't understand and vacuumed anyway. At one point, my husband noted where they were working and how much was left to do in that particular room. When he returned from moving a load of boxes to the new house, they were still in the exact same area, approximately half an hour later. When we were present, they did an excellent job, working efficiently and cleaning well. When we were not there, they took their time. Not understanding English, they did work that was not wanted. A job that the contractor said should take three to four hours actually went on for six hours. They cleaned very well, but I couldn't communicate with them and they did things I didn't need or want done. If you are able to supervise these women and can speak Spanish, you would do well hiring them. Otherwise, I do not recommend them. On the positive side, the owner did cut the cost of the job in half because of all the problems.

They had a huge job ahead of them, with dust from the ceramic tile removal covering every inch of our home, despite the best efforts of our flooring installers. They did excellent work and were polite and helpful throughout the time. They cleaned it exactly the way I would have cleaned it, if I hadn't been too lazy to even consider doing such a thing. For one thing, anytime they had to move objects off a surface to wipe it down, they put the objects down exactly as they'd found them. Bottom line: If we were the kind of people who had obnoxiously judgmental and snooty friends, we would gladly invite them over for a party this weekend, just to watch them get frustrated at how awesomely clean our house is. We will definitely be using them again.

I called to ask if someone would come to my house to give me an estimate for a deep cleaner. They refused.

The house cleaning was better than carpet. I see spots that did not come clean with the carpet cleaning; however, the two ladies that cleaned the house tried very hard - we just ran out of time for a really good job. I think somebody didn't figure enough time for a 2800 sq ft. house. I had told them I couldn't go over 4 hours and they spent about 3 of those hours upstairs, which left very little for downstairs. The total price was $272 and most was for house cleaning; the carpet cleaning was VERY reasonable, kind of a last minute thing. I can't find my receipt with the breakdown of house cleaning/hour and carpet cleaning. If the ladies could have split their time more evenly on the up and down and been a little faster, it would have been an EXCELLENT and very thorough house cleaning.

It cost me $340, and they did not even finish the downstairs. I was also working at cleaning, since it was apparent early on that they were taking too long, and I was paying by the hour. I think they did that deliberately so they would earn more money. They were there almost six hours. They told me (the owner on the phone) that they said the house was extremely bad, dirty, etc. It was not! It needed vacuuming, moping and general cleaning, but it was not as bad as they told the owner of the business. They also ruined the inside of my microwave (and it shorted out the next day!) by using an extremely corrosive cleaner on the inside of it. We have had to purchase and install a new one. I would NEVER again use them! I do not recall when they came out.

The service was great from the first time I spoke to Ronnie to the time of payment for the service. Ronnie was exceptionally professional. He made every effort to accommodate the date/time that I requested. I actually scheduled the service well in advance of when I wanted it to be performed so I especially appreciated that he gave me a follow-up call a couple of days before the scheduled date to confirm. He was prompt. The work was great and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely use Xtreme Clean in the future.

I couldn't be more pleased. I had an 8-9 am appointment window, and I asked Rodney the day before if he could arrive at 8:00 as I had another commitment later that morning. He arrived promptly at 8 am, looked over the house, provided options and prices before he began, and got right to work. They cleaned all the carpets in my home and hallway rugs as well. They did a great job and - to my amazement - were done within 1.5 hours. I am very satisfied and will certainly use them again.
