We expected them at a certain time but they were late because they stopped to eat, which I didn t mind, but they wanted me to pay for the time stopped. I didn t feel like I should have to pay for it. They gave me a quote and I wanted them to stick to it. After several calls, they finally agreed but they were very rude.
Description of Work: They moved our personal property 15 miles within the Memphis area. They helped us pack and unpack our belongings.

 + -1 moreThe guys were very polite, friendly, and professional. They did a good job and showed up right on time. They didn t break, damage, or scratch anything. They put the furniture where we asked them too and left the house in good order. I would highly recommend these guys.
Description of Work: The movers loaded six rooms of furniture, a refrigerator, a piano, and all the boxes that we packed from our previous residence in Memphis to our current residence in Memphis. The move was a total of four miles and the movers unloaded everything and placed the furniture where we ask them too.

They were careful with my things and I thought they took a lot of pride and dedication to perform what they did, how fast they moved us, and how well of a job it was.  + -1 moreThey didn't do anything above and beyond to blow us away, but they did get the job done without a lot of hassle. That was nice. They also put everything were we requested them to and didn't do any damage that was their fault anyway. One thing was damaged, but it was due to my own faulty packing. I couldn't remember how much they charged.

 + -1 moreThe only reason they weren't 100 percent was because they accidentally broke a tea pot that meant a great deal to us, but accidents do happen. They offered to pay for it, but my husband and I said it wasn't about the money. They felt guilty, so they stuck around and helped unpack.
