Terminix - Memphis -Termite & Pest Control

I’ve had them on an ongoing basis since we’ve been in the house. They took forty minutes to do the inspection. It was just an inspection. The actual termite service is a yearly renewal. I just renewed that and it’s about $236 a year. They are here every quarter and they’re usually kind of invisible. They work outside the house around the perimeter. The fee is $105 every quarter. I will continue to use their services again in the future.

They are pretty good. They are pricey. They have very good customer service. Their responsiveness is very good. Everything is good except their prices, but if something goes wrong, they do have a 100% insurance cover on everything. Their prices can be better, but other than that they are pretty on point.

I have them set up on a schedule. The folks that I have had have been real good. It has not been a problem. They do what they say they are going to do. Overall, they have been excellent so far. Their pricing is fair, but I always feel like somebody else can do better. The people that I have dealt with have been professional. I would use their services in the future too.

A nice lady came out and evaluated our home for possible mice. They came out the same day. She also evaluated us for termites. We had a contract with another company but we were not happy with their service. She explained it was not mice but a certain type of bug that has the same kind of droppings. When we got back from out of town we saw one of these huge bugs dead. She also told us we had termites in our flower beds making their way to our home. She was so good and really educated us. She did an excellent job and explained the newer guidelines for termites and pest control. She did an excellent job with the evaluation. She explained things and recommended what was best for us and she showed us things to prove what she was saying was true. She was very informative of what was going on in our home that we were not getting from our other pest control company. Since we have had Terminix we have not seen an ant since. I had nver paid that much for that type pf service before.

I have a contract with them and they are pretty good. In Tennessee we have a lot of bugs and I haven't had any major problems after using them.

My experience with them was good. The guy who came out was quick and professional. The job done by them was very effective. I haven?t had any termite problems since then.

Salesman inspected and found no termite damage - he presented a price and a contract. I stated that my company had a discounted rate and he said that would be reflected in the billing. When services were performed and I received the billing, the discount was not applied. After several calls, the corrections were made to the rates.

He showed up on time, gave us a complete inspection and some good advice and quoted a good price. That was six months ago and we are very happy.

They have a good service and you pay a yearly rate and they come whenever needed which is really nice.

It was more painless than I thought it would be. We're so skeptical about people and it's one of those things you don't want to have but you need. I didn't shop with a bunch of people, so I just chose them. They did what they were supposed to do.

They never showed up and never called.

The exterminator is usually on time. He sprays our house quickly and efficiently. After we have received their service, we usually do not have a problem with bugs. We tend to get roaches in the fall, but after Terminix has been to visit, we don't see any more of them! NOTE: We rent our house, so our landlord pays the bill and that's why we do not know of the cost.

They are good because they come when they are supposed to and they do their job. If you have any problems after they've already sprayed, you can call them and they will come back at no extra cost.

We have been using their services for about ten years. We really have not had any problems with them. They have been reliable and punctual. They let you know when they are coming.

I decided not to go with this company because I looked them up on the web at the BBB and they had some bad reviews. I just felt that I did not want the headache or hassle with them.

There have been no problems with anything. I am impressed with the work and would recommend them to other people. They are on time and friendly and make sure to answer all of our questions. There are no bugs in site and they are great to do business with.

At first, this company did a pretty good job but after the first couple of sprayings we noticed they no longer called us before they came. They would just come when they wished and leave a bill. We began to notice bugs increasing on our property. We called them to make sure they would come out when we asked them to. They said they would be out on Saturday morning early to spray. We waited half the day and they finally showed up late that Saturday afternoon. Even though the price was good, we felt the service really went down hill after this and won t be using them anymore.

The skunks didn't allow us to enjoy our deck. We called the exterminators to rid us of these pests. They did a good job, slow but careful.

We had a problem with the imported red fire ants and bugs in my house. They sting real bad. I hired this company who used a granular bait form of ant insecticide inside and outside my house in the vulnerable areas. We were very satisfied using their services.

We do pest control every month in the house through them. They are very clean and careful when doing their work. One thing for sure, they're the best.

The company work is good. They sprayed chemicals in my house and on my lawn. I haven't faced any problems of insects after that. I liked their job.
