If you have any problems, they'll come out and do work for you free of charge.

I had a lot of problems getting it done. They were supposed to do it in February and they finally did it in June, but the people that finally did it were great. I think the delay was because they have a new manager and there was a problem with him and that’s who I was dealing with.

They come routinely without me having to call them. They automatically come every quarter and when I need them to come out because there is a problem, they come within a few days. Usually when the rep is in the area he will check on me anyways even if its not my time.

I’m not sure how much I spent on their services. They did pretty good. I would recommend them to the others. I will use them again in the future. In my experience, I like them.

They come quarterly. I don't have to pay any attention to them. I can call them if I have bugs, but I've never had any bugs in the house since I've been using their service.

I guess we are satisfied and I guess they do a good job. They do a yearly termite inspection and work on the perimeter of my house for pest control. I have a contract with them so will use them again in the future.

I don’t have to be here except twice a year which is good. They are pricey. The quality is fine and there is no problem.

They’re willing to work with me in terms of what I want and don’t want them to do. They handle everything on the outside instead of coming inside, so that there are no chemicals inside the house. We pay them once every quarter.

They come each month, and then if there is any issue after they have come or even before they come, they come and don't charge extra. They use the chemical that is environmental friendly. We just rebid everything, and they didn't know the bids, and then when we told them that we were going to change it and that we didn't have any problems with their service and it was just a matter of economics, they came back and gave us an even better price than the lowest bid.

I have an annual contract with them. They are very thorough. They look inside and outside to find the termites. I don’t have any termites now.

They seem to be reliable and come when they say they would come. Their price is slightly higher than independent people. I don’t have termites, which is good. They are very professional and I have a long term contract with them, so will be using them.

I want someone who will come and take care of my problems and that is not what I have right now. I'm looking into someone else.

Terminix does a good job and I have been with them for over ten years. They are very responsive, notify in advance that they are coming, and I have had no issues with them.

I've never had any problems with them. They call before they come. They answer any questions I have.

The only problem is that they come pretty much whenever they want rather than when I want them to. I have had an overall good experience with them. They seem to do a good job. If I do need them to come later in the year after the initial inspection they will come out for no extra charge.

They offer different types of services, are punctual, dependable, and they give you choices.

I didn’t shop around, so I don’t really know if their prices are fair. My experience with them so far has been good. I had a problem with bees, and they came out the day after I called, so they’re very responsive. I haven’t had any issues with bugs since they’ve been around. They’ve always been on time, and they are very professional.

They come out four times a year. We will continue to use them in the future.

They didn't get rid of the pests. I wouldn't use them again.

Before we had some bug problems and now we no longer have any issues. Ever since they have been treating our house we have not had any problems.

Overall it was good. They are a big company so that's nice. They've done a good job here. I think they come back and re-spray if we are not satisfied so that's nice.
