Description of Work: Did not come to my knowledge after I paid them for 3 months. Started billing immediately for next 3 months. I called to number on bill, national number,cancelled service and said they never came. they said they would send someone out immediately. I said fine but want to cancel service. Still never heard from them. Started getting bills..more bills..phone calls..said we cancelled service still phone calls..harassing phone calls. January they turned us over to a collection agency. I called and explained..they said too bad. I owed for another 3 months. I explained that I cancelled...they said too bad. Multiple phone calls they finally gave me the number to the local office. They were very nice there..took my explanation and cleared the situation. Local level was great...national level stinks. Could never trust them again due to the national level.

Description of Work: Terminix performed pest exclusion protection for my home. They installed physical barriers to keep pests (roof rats, squirrels & etc.) out as well as putting in blown insulation to deter pest intrusion. The service people were courteous, professional and on time. We are very satisfied with the service provided.

Description of Work: They try to come early, long before I am ready for them - has not been a full year...I refuse to let them move the date earlier like they always try to do...no reason for it. | |The inspector just takes a quick visual look around takes about 15 minutes. |I have never seen their ratings if I actually did have a problem.
