Description of Work: They do an annual inspection for termites. Scheduling can be difficult with them - we have a part of the house that can only be accessed by a smaller technician and they can't seem to keep that fact on their record.

Description of Work: Have the Terminix annual maintenance agreement. Every year they come out and do a visual inspection and if needed touch up any areas needing additional treatment. Their inspector is very open, attentive, punctual and easy to talk to. Very thorough and very cordial.
