Description of Work: They do an annual inspection. They need to work on their scheduling. This year I was automatically scheduled without any regard to what works for me. Then I had to call an automated service and go through a lot of holding to get the appointment changed. They also do just a walk through of the home - perhaps some testing might be more helpful. The walk through is also invasive.

Description of Work: They do bug pest control and animal removal. I had to get them to come out 2-3 times to get rid of critters; finally, they got rid of the pests. The tech also came out two times and sprayed in the rain, which wasn't good -- I had to have him come back both times.

Description of Work: They do an annual termite inspection for us. They also gave us a large estimate to encapsulate our crawlspace to get rid of vermin. We felt that they were trying to scare us into doing more work after we consulted with another pest control company.
