Terminix - Memphis -Termite & Pest Control

Terminix provided excellent service for us and we were really happy with the results when they came out. They were quick and prompt with their spraying. They did a great job of getting rid of our pests. They also weren t any odor or any danger of residue. We had pets so that was an issue.

I am fairly happy with Terminix as they do come every 4 months and do an inspection of my home, and if necessary, do a treatment for pests. The Terminix employees are always very polite, although they are not very neat. When they leave I have quite a bit of cleaning to do from debris they have left. I also wish that Terminix were timelier about returning my phone calls. I did not check prices with other companies as I purchased the contract from the gentleman Terminix sent out.

We've used Terminix for fifteen years. They send us a post card letting us know when they're due for a visit, and come once a year. They do an excellent job and we're not aware of any major bug problems during the year.

The first year they dug little holes all around the outside of the home that they fill with the pesticides. They are to use between 40-60 gallons a year. They also inspected the whole inside of the home. We never got any termites. On their last visit, the guy never came inside. He did a real quick walk around the yard. He said we had no problem. He never refilled those little holes with pesticides. I was charged $200 for this. The bad part is I have termites in our bathroom closet that they missed. I wanted them to prevent this.

I have no complaints with Terminix. They seem to do a good job at keeping the spiders and water roaches under control. I also feel that their prices are rather fair. I pay them on a bi-monthly basis, which is not bad at all. I am pleased with the company and see no further need to look anywhere else.

I have had wonderful service with Terminix. They did a great job at doing check-ups. They ran their business efficiently. We have had no problems in the past with them. They do a good job of keeping up their level of satisfaction towards us.

I didn t think they were using enough chemicals to get rid of the bugs. We mentioned it to them in the past, but we were still finding spiders. They came out about 6 times a year and we were not satisfied with them.

They were just out here to change the bait in the traps that they installed around the outside of my home. They come out on a monthly basis and I have been satisfied with their service. They're a good reputable exterminator and that is why I will continue to use them. I don t want to comment on the price.

Terminix calls me every four months to set an appointment for an inspection and treatment if necessary. I have not had any termite problems since they have started treatments for the termites. Their employees are always very polite and neat. I have no cleaning to do after they are done with their work. I did not check prices of other companies.

I have been using them for a couple years now to check around the house for termites. I think they charge too much for just checking. But we do need the service, so might as well pay it to a company that does a good job.

I feel that Terminix could do a better job. They are here about every three months. I have had to have them come back in between visits. The workers are nice enough and they are always willing to come back. I will continue to use them for the time being to see how it goes.

I personally think that I can basically do what they are doing myself. When I call the company they are always on time, but if I need them to come that day they can never come. I always have to wait for instance two weeks. I know that is the way the schedule works though. So basically, I am pleased with the service.

They have always come out after giving their courtesy call although they did a thorough job of inspecting around the perimeter of the home. They would also check the interior base of the home at your request. The chemicals that they used were pet and people friendly.

I only call on Terminix if I really see the need to. They do offer contracts, but, I do not have one with them. There are only certain times of the year that I tend to see these bugs, sometimes are worse than others. When things get real bad, they will contact them and I never seem to have any trouble getting them to come out and spray. I usually get an appointment within the next few days after my call, if not that same day. I have no problems with the company and plan to keep calling them when needed.

I felt this company did not do that great of a job. I thought they were unprofessional in their work and they were not very prompt. They just did not do their work appropriately. I also thought they were too expensive in their inspections for the amount of work they did because they just didn t do a lot.

Each month they come to check for sub terrain termites. They are always on time, and I feel their work is very professional. The man they sent out for the inspections is always very courteous and does a great job.

Terminix is a professional company with a good reputation. I am pleased with their service workers and the results that we get. They are here when promised. I will continue to use their services and would recommend them to others.
