Overall, it was a great experience.

They quoted me a price and told me that they would send out two people, which they did. They did the work and they were professional, but they were a little pricey.

A dual flush toilet in our house was not filling and flushing sometimes. I thought the inside mechanism had gone bad and needed replaced and this was the original reason i called them. They offered to come the next day and they were right on time. Very nice guys came and i felt very comfortable with them. They checked things out and figured out that the toilet was loose and needed tightened and thought that was making the lid not sit quite right, hence it not being able to fill (top button dual flush toilet). They tightened it up and we thought that would do it. But the toilet was still 'rocking' some. The guy told me he really needed to pull the toilet up to see why it wouldn't tighten. He did and found a ring of some kind was broken. I feel he went out of his way to try to find the problem and fix it. He worked quickly and fixed something else he said didn't seem quite right because it seemed to him to be filling slow. Everything works perfect now. The toilet doesn't feel like it could move even a tiny bit and filling fast and flushing perfect everytime!! VERY happy with their service and will definitely use again!

The plumbers arrived exactly on time. They were courteous, professional and left their work space neat and clean. They did an excellent job. I used the Angie's list 10% coupon which motivated me to use this company for the first time. I will use them again.

Excellant service. Scott Showed up right on time. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained he had shinney metal pop-up drains on his truck but now brushed nickel. He assessed both problems, left to get the pop-ups we needed and returned shortly. Scott replaced the pop-up assemblies, tightened the faucet, checked everything to be sure it was working properly and not leaking. Scott took the old pieces with him and cleaned up after himself. We will call GlennTerhune Plumbing Co., Inc. any time we have a plumbing problem. Scott is a very nice, knowledgeable, courteous young man.

This experience mirrors what I have experienced with Terhune Plumbing for the last 5 years. Here's what I wrote to the owner: Yesterday we had one of our occasional visits from Terhune Plumbing employees. As with every other visit over the last 5 years, your men were very competent and professional, very courteous and pleasant. This is how every Terhune employee has presented himself: as a competent leader with regard to plumbing, and a caring servant with regard to my family and me. Please thank all of your employees for me.

I contacted Matt Terhune at Glenn Terhune Plumbing. I was calling to get them to come look at my plumbing issue. During the call, Matt terminated my call, mid-conversation. I was never called back and I am very upset. I quickly, in turn, contacted Roto Rooter. Too date I have not heard from Terhune Plumbing.

I called one day and the lady there said that she would have someone get in touch with me. They did get in touch with me in the next few days. The guy laid out the prices for it. So, I am pleased with them. I described the location of the shower and the access to it. The guy asked me all the questions. The quote was between $350 and $400. They responded and I talked to them over the phone. It has been good so far. I am considering using their services in the future. They have to cut out the tile for that type of work because there is no access from the outside wall of the house. That includes the shower valve itself and replacing it.

They do good work. The price fit the service. My only complaint is that I had to fill in the hole left myself.

We were planning to replace a kitchen faucet ourselves (we've both done them before) but couldn't get the old faucet off! After several attempts by us and our handy friends, we gave up and called Terhune. Their technician arrived a little early, was pleasant and professional and got right to work. For someone who knows what they're doing, this was obviously a walk in the park. In about a half hour, he was out the door and on his way, and we had a shiny new faucet in place! No muss...no fuss. This was our first experience with them. We'll call them the next time we need plumbing help.

Great experience! Even though I felt a little silly for calling them for a simple clogged drain, the secretary and the plumbers took the matter seriously and acted professionally when they talked to me about this issue. They reassured me that I had exhausted all of the possible home remedies (not Liquid Plumber, of course!) and that they would be happy to help unclog the drain with their auger.

The quality of the company's work seems fine, but beware of scheduling appointments, as they may be very late - in my case, they did not even show up on the day scheduled and didn't let me know until a half hour past the scheduled appointment time. They called me at 3:55 yesterday - 25 minutes late for a 3:30 appointment - to say that they "just found out" that they could not have a plumber there until "at least 6." Of course, I had already left work and canceled other appointments to be there and wasted an hour of my day. To their credit, they sent somebody first thing the following morning. If you value your time, I would not recommend them.

Excellent results. I booked the appointment 3 days in advance. She explained the hourly rate is $90. Two men arrived ontime, made the repairs efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They left for 45 mins to get the new tub faucett and toilet handles. Good quality hardware. I think $226 is a reasonable fee. I was pleased with the experience.

The workers came out the same day I called them. They were efficient and finished within an hour which kept price down. They did very good work and I will use this company again in the future.

Our family's hot water suddenly stopped working early Saturday morning. After looking at a few plumber's profiles, Terhune was only one I could find that did weekend work. A plumber showed up at around 11AM, looked at my water heater to figure out what was wrong, drove back to his headquarters to pick up the replacement part, and came back to my house to replace it. He was done by 2PM. He seemed very honest and was courteous, which was even more impressive considering it was the weekend. He warned me it would cost more since it was the weekend, but still I was very pleased with the price. I will very likely contact Terhune again for any plumbing problems.

They came and agreed to do the job, then after they had cut the pipes, they stated that it was too wet under the house to complete the work. They stated they would come back if I got it dry under the house and finish the job. I couldn't believe that they agreed to do the job, cut the pipes, and then just left.

Installer showed up on time, finished work promptly, and everything worked great. This company is not the cheapest plumber, but the quality and reliability is well worth the price. I would recommend them highly

Plumber showed up right on time. Everything went well, it took about an hour and a half.

The appt. was made about 2 weeks in advance since they were booked up. The plumber showed up a day ahead of schedule, but it worked out fine. The plumber installed the new faucet quickly and efficiently. He was very personable and worked fast. He discovered the problem we had been having with the old faucet (reduced flow). We were very pleased with this service in every way.

The work was all done in a timely manor and I was very pleased. They really made sure to answer all of my questions and I would recommend this company to anyone. They were friendly and the work was done with extensive detail.

I think they did a fine job. We had a many different subs running through our home at once and they completed their part on time. I don't think they did anything extraordinary as they just did what they were hired to do. I would call them for the simple fact that their company would be familiar with our new bathrooms should I ever have a problem. My contractor paid all the subs so I can't comment on the price.

I have never had a problem with this company the many years that I have been using them. They are always on time and very friendly. Their prices seem reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an awesome plumber.

This was such a detailed job and it was done very well. I was very impressed with the skill and dedication that this company puts toward each individual job. I would recommend them to anyone and I was very pleased with the service.

We have had absolutely no noticeable problems with any of the plumbing in our home. This company did their job to perfection. We inspected the work ourselves, and nothing seemed to be even a little bit out of order. We even had a call back from the crew's boss, just to make sure we had no problems. We told him that they all needed raises. We paid one full price for the entire project to the main contractor.
