Description of Work: Superior Roofing did a nail-over, flashing, venting, 2 copper dormers and a solar roof fan. I was pleased with the work. There was a 5 year Workmanship Warranty. Flashing at the chimneys lifted 2 years later. I called and e-mailed this company numerous times but did not get a reply. I understood that they were out of business based upon the information of other roofers and as a result of an internet search. I hired Huntingdon Roofing to do the repairs.

Description of Work: Replaced, caulked and painted 64 ft of rotted fascia boards. Replaced 292 feet of gutters with seamless gutters and new leaf guards. Replaced, caulked and painted 216 feet of siding. After finalizing the date for work to begin, it went fairly smoothly. The actual work took several days. The old gutters and siding were hauled away, so I didn't have to dispose of them myself. I appreciate the fact that it was at no cost to me. The only issue I had with the service is after the leaf guards were installed. I discovered after several rains that the corner of the seamless gutters leaked on my deck and back door steps and out front on a corner. I would have thought that the gutters would be leak tested BEFORE the leaf guards were installed, but that wasn't the case. After discovering this, it took several attempts to remedy the problem, but to this day, I still think some of the corners leak. Unfortunately, with the leaf guards installed, I can't inspect the gutters to see how much water is standing and if they are draining like they should. I guess I'd I had to do it over again, I would have the installer wait before installing the leaf guards.

Description of Work: Superior Roofing removed 3 roofs from our home, replaced all the rotten wood. They also replaced the gutters. The roof was done in 1 day and we have a fairly large house. Then they took a metal detector all around the yard to pick up nails. I was home and watched all of this take place. The only time the crew stopped was for a short lunch. The gutters would have been finished the next day, but it rained. They also painted any wood that needed it with left over paint we had. I just can't say enough good about this company. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Minor roof repairs. Sealed area around vent in roof which was allowing water to leak into the house after heavy rain. Also repaired flashing coming loose on lower roof even though this was not part of the original project. Did a good, professional job.
