Description of Work: I have used them in the past and service was "ok". Pricey but ok. This last experience with them was really bad. Kept getting bounced around from supervisor to receptionist, and they never returned multiple calls about an estimate for my job. They came for the initial consultation, and when I followed up to get a specific answer about the cost, I couldn't get an answer. Found someone else to do it at half the cost of what the technician "guessed" it would cost.

Description of Work: Two gentlemen, TJ and Vern spent an entire day removing the old boiler which amounted to over 1,500 lbs of metal etc.. They were extremely polite and took great care to not touch a single doorway or appliance while carrying the massive pieces out. Then were kind enough to remove a very heavy and awkward old water heater from my basement the existence of which I wasn't even aware of. I was very impressed with how diligently they worked and though they were working in less than ideal conditions they were very pleasant. My dogs were very stressed from all of the activity and TJ and Vern took the time to calm them by petting them with every trip to and from the basement. What more could you ask for? I plan on using Ray Baker heating and air to put in a new A/C package this spring.

Description of Work: We had a clogged drainage pipe in a hall bathroom that was leaking into our hallway, which is hardwood. They were punctual and professional. The service man couldn't have been more polite. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: It took 3 service calls, of which I had to pay for 2 of them ($190). Finally the 3rd service call they said the toilet needed to be replaced. It would have been nice not to waste $200 for them to try to fix something that needed replacement. I don't have plumbing experience which is why I called a professional but I don't feel I got the service I expected from a reputable company.

Description of Work: Employed these guys to reseal some toilets for me but have used them on other occasions. Very reasonable and they do great work. I used them for an heating quote to move my furnace (as filter access was limited by a return vent) this one guy just lifted my furnace and moved it 4 inches allowing filter access at no charge. Others quoted me over $800 for this. Always trust these guys.

Description of Work: They were sent by the home warranty company, AHS, to service a 1978 GE central air system. They did a good job of diagnosing the problem and making sure I got the best allowable repair and hardware per the terms of a stingy home warranty company. The techs were not the most personable, but that's forgivable on high temp days when the whole city's HVAC needs repair. The price issue and B rating is mostly under the control of AHS.
