The repairman arrived in the time frame, calling first. He was friendly, working quickly. He did a complete job, checking for possible problems. After he left, everything continued working fine.

I called the company and they sent someone out that day. They gave me a call 30 minutes before serviceman arrived, so I could come home from work and not wait forever for them. Very nice! They fixed both leaks, explained the poor workmanship that had been done by the installer previously, and also showed me some things to be aware of if someone else needs to service this particular type of toilet in the future, so that I can avoid really big problems at that time. The serviceman was friendly, extremely competent, professional and taught me a lot while he worked, which I appreciated, so I'll know what to look for in the future. Their rates were reasonable and since it took two trips on two different days to completely fix the problem, they did not charge me a 2nd service call for the 2nd trip. I will definitely call them again and recommend them with the highest possible ratings.

I called at 9:00 a.m. and they had a crew there the same day. The plumbers were courteous and efficient. I was very happy with the work.

Basically, when they came in, they looked at it and said that he could not fix it. He said that we needed another part. He messed around with it and actually made it worse. This company had good reports and that is why we called the. They charged $85 an hour so they should have at least knew what they were doing. He had water flying all over my kitchen and everything. I will say that the guy was super nice though.

The work was very professional, I was very satisfied and the price was somewhat reasonable. They gave me a 90 day warranty on the work.

The repair guy was extremely nice, and didn't make me feel stupid in any way, since it turned out the repair to what I had thought would have been a major problem was, in fact, something I could easily have done myself. Nonetheless, I've learned how to fix it in the future (if you have a faucet that has an inconsistent flow, just replace the rubber washer inside it, this is more than likely your problem). I look forward to their installing a food disposal in the near future!

I called the company in the morning and a plumber was sent to my house two hours later (at my convenience!). The plumber got to my house on time and was very courteous. He did a great job replacing the faucet and cleaned up the area before he left the house. Very professional! I will definitely use him again.

Repeated calls to the answering service produced no response.

Fantastic. Couldn't of been happier. Very friendly and helpful on the phone, came out same day, on-time, the plumber and his assistant were very friendly, focused on the job, completed quickly, asked before cutting into sheetrock! Great job. Cost was less than I expected.

He was excellent. I called at 9am and they were out by 11:30. The repair man was courteous.

I was happy with the work performed. I mean, he basically just drained our septic in which was getting full. He did a great job of not tearing up our lawn any more than necessary. I have used this company in the past, so I just called them. They have always done a great job for me whenever I needed anything of the plumbing nature done. I do like how punctual they are, calling before they come out and arriving on time. I don't have all day to wait around, so that's a great attribute towards their company.

We were quite pleased with the work. He knew what he was doing so it did not take him long to get the sink hooked back up when the rest of the kitchen was done. It worked right as soon as the water was turned back on. We have never had a leak from it and we are happy with the job.

This was a very carefully done job due to the location and the route of the gas line. Extreme caution had to be and was exercised by the two man crew. They showed great skill in successfully completing the job as per requested. The clean up was great as well.

Ray's does great work. Their prices are fair and reasonable, they're reliable and honest. I have used them in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. When they came to my home this particular time, they checked out all of my sink pipes for me and gave them all a good cleaning. They don't seem to rush through their work and they really treat you like a valued customer.

Ray Baker Heating and Plumbing did an excellent job installing my new water heater. They showed up on time and were professional and courteous. The job of installing my water heater was very big, but they were able to complete the work in about 5 hours. After they were finished, a building inspector came out and inspected the water heater. He said they had done an excellent job and because I have used Ray Baker before, I knew they were going to do the job right the first time. They also explained everything they were going to do before they started work.

They also cleaned up after themselves and showed up right on time. They were very informative, whenever I asked them a question and made sure to explain exactly what they were doing, as they went along.

They did a good job on installing the new water heater that was still under warranty, which was a plus because I know that they stick by what they say. The came out in a timely manner and had a professional do the job.

Ray Baker Heating & Plumbing was very prompt to show up and fix my air conditioner; although because of the position it was in it took them almost 5 hours to finish the job. They were extremely courteous and professional with me, as well as showing up on time.

This was the worst and sloppiest job I have ever seen done in my life. Ray Baker Heating never finished reconnecting the gas pipes under my home, so I was without hot water for over a month. When I called them, they refused to come out and finish doing the work and in fact told me not to call them back that they would not be coming back out to my home. I talked to everyone I could to try and get this problem resolved and finally ended up calling someone else to come out and finish the job which ended up costing me another 2800 dollars.
