Jonathan was very professional. He came out the same day I contacted Home Advisors. He did what was required to ensure my AC unit was cooling correctly.

He called me as quick as I can write this sentence. Showed up and repaired my problem and I asked if he had time to look at my other two AC units to make sure they were ok and he said, no problem and checked all my units and repaired another one which I knew wasn’t working and I was back in action. I’m talking about no AC on a 100 degree day and it was repaired in about 1 hour max. Great guy and great service. Couldn’t recommend him more. I’m a cancer patient and can’t go without AC and so thankful. He had the part on his truck and didn’t even try to upsell me Freon or anything I didn’t need. Anyone could have told me that I needed Freon as well but he no, you’re fine. Just a bad capacitor and that will get you going just fine. Told me I needed a good cleaning but that was pretty obvious and even I could see that so was glad to have that done. I could have did it myself but let him do it for his honesty. I even offered him a drink since it was so hot and he said no thanks, he’ll get some when he’s done lol. Just turned out great, couldn’t be happier

I was looking for a local business that wasn't going to take advantage of my ignorance. I called around and I am grateful I found MR Fix it. I had a great experience. My air went out on friday night. Started calling around saturday morning and Mr. Fix it was here this afternoon. He's fast courteous and straight to the point. The next time I need a repair done , i'm giving him a call.

Responded to my request for service quickly...was on time...at this point the freezer and frig are cooling and making ice. Technician was courteous . The repair charge seemed reasonable.

They were extremely rude. They griped the whole time they were there and left trash all over the place. Didn't replace the trim work around the window. It was an overall bad experience.

Came same day and was quick. Really appreciated his professionalism and quality of work. Would hire again!
