MR Fix it Handyman Repair

JE Mr. Fix It exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, Choice Warranty for a second time failed to honor their end of the Home Owners Contractual Agreement and I had to find a reputable company to come in and provide a professional service install for a 16 year old Trane unit. Johnathan and his staff did an amazing job at a short notice . I was without proper air conditioning for over two weeks and Mr. JE Fix It came in within a matter of two days and provided promptly the service I needed at an affordable cost! In addition to advising me of another home warranty organization that would better take care of clients! I will be contacting Jonathan and his staff with any of my home repair needs going forward.

Customer service kept me informed throughout the repair process.

This was just about the best service and repair that I have ever had done in my house. Very nice and professional to talk with and a good personality. I fully recommend J.E.Appliance Heat-Air to any and everybody.

Charger service fee, no call no show after agreed price and left washing machine missing screws that made it unbalanced during spin. I fixed. Never sent receipt for part that I requested. I will never use him. I would recommend no one use him. Buy new dont use him

For several years now I have felt like the person I was using to service my air conditioner was ripping me off. I wasn't getting the full service that I should have and he always told me that i had a leak somewhere in the system, but never took the time to find out where. Jonathan went right to the leak and pointed it out to me. I was very thankful for that. His fee was a little higher than I had anticipated, but so for it was worth it. Assured me I could call him if there was a problem.

He came in looked at fridge said it was working so he couldn't do anything and charged me $75. Fridge is still not right.

Awesome service. He called me before I even got off Angie s list to set the appointment. Came out in time frame given (the next morning) and repaired the frig.

Jonathan works hard for the money. Saved me from having to buy a new clothes dryer and showed me where the installers in 2012 had crimped the dryer vent, creating the worlds largest lint ball. Add to that a bathtub drain he unstopped and a fair price for both jobs. I will ask for him again.

My fridge went out a little over a week ago. I found Mr. FIx It and Mr. Jonathan E. came out to help me out. The customer service is EXCELLENT!! Jonathan responded as SOON as I put in a request on HomeAdvisor. He was very knowledgeable! Unfortunately, my fridge could not be salvaged. Jonathan even gave me information on the best place to purchase another! This company is definitely stored in my contacts!!!
