Jonathan was so helpful. Broke down the machine, found the problem, pulled the part. He was great to show me the broken piece. Came back the next day to put back together. Worked with my schedule so that I didn't have to miss any work. He even got rid of an uninvited guest off my porch to help me feel safe.
