Description of Work: Midtown Hardwood replaced some water damaged floors in my house. The entire first floor of my house has hardwood but only the damaged areas were refinished. They were able to slip me into their scheduled the day after they gave me an estimate. Midtown Hardwoods was able to match the appearance of my 17 year old floors almost exactly. I feel the cost for the work was very reasonable. If I have any hardwood work done in the future, Midtown Hardwood is the only contractor that I would use.

Description of Work: They repaired 3 bad spots on my hardwood floor, sanded the entire floor, stained it, and resealed it. The people at Midtown Hardwood were very easy to work with and they did what they said they would do. I could not have been happier with the product or the staff. I have recommended them to a couple of my friends already as well. My floors look like new again and there was almost no dust in my house when they were done. Very solid company and I am grateful that we found them. Thank you guys!!!

Description of Work: Really good workmanship. Project was to refurbish a kitchen floor & a set of steps and landing. Project came out much better than expected. Bill Jackson did a great job of listening and scoping out the project. A major glitch occurred. The major problem was that a refrigerator water line was loosened when th fridge was moved to do the floor. This caused a major leak in the downstairs unit. However, once I alerted Bill& Carol of the problem they dispatched a great plumber to fix the leak. They also worked with the downstairs owner to repair the damage. They handled this miscue in an entirely professional way.

Description of Work: Put in new glue down flooring in entry, dining, living areas along with new tile around the fireplace. The installation team was prompt, clean and did a great job. I'm happy and will have them do the rest when the time is right.

Description of Work: These guys are the best!!! How many contractors....months after installation.......drop off some special cleaner and a rag because we had a messy painter!! If you have any hardwood work STOP LOOKING USE THESE GUYS!!
