Description of Work: They did all my roofing, some repairs around the home, some concrete work, and fencing and some interior and exterior painting.

Description of Work: We had a roof replaced. The were polite, punctual and extremely diligent with the clean up. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I couldn't be more pleased with the installation of our new roof by Master Roofing. From the initial roof inspection, and working with our Insurance agent, the job went as smooth as I would expect. They delivered the shingles the day before installation and their crew was there the next day early in the morning. Be warned that their schedule can change depending on the weather that they have no control over. They removed the old roof and installed the new roof the same day (some larger roofs may take 2 days). I was quite pleased with the clean-up after they finished considering the mess it made removing the old roof. They had to cut some branches off my large tree that hung over my roof which I approved and when they were finished they even carried all of those branches to the street which I didn't expect them to do. I can only assume that the cost is in line with a normal roof since our insurance agent approved the replacement cost. It now looks beautiful and there have been no leeks at all. We selected the GAF shingle color we wanted and their office even provided a list of customers and addresses for us to see those roofs before final selection. From the management to the workers this company is top notch. I recommend Masters Roofing to anyone that wants their roof installed by professionals. Oh and do be prepared to cover anything in your attic(s) before they remove the old roof - they do warn you in plenty of time as the old roofs create a real mess. And you may want to leave for most of the day as the noise (especially from the removal process) is constant - they also warn you of this. Considering how picky I am when any company is doing work on my house, I gave Masters Roofing all "A's" - and I stand by those - as I feel that they stayed in contact with us through out the process and they performed as expected. Our weather can change at a moments notice which will affect all their schedules but any delays for us were minimal. Now when a storm comes in, we are not worried about any leaks that we previously had.

Description of Work: No services were performed other than original visit. Masters Roofing did not show up to do roof inspection with State Farm adjuster.Did not even have appointment time in their system which had been given to them a week in advance. Would not send a inspection person out even after being notified and informed that State Farm adjuster had arrived on time and woulld wait an additional hour for them to arrive. Their mailed advertisement promised that they would meet with Insurance Company when adjuster arrived. False advertising claim.
