We felt like important, valued customers. Time was spent educating us on materials and options, all of our questions ans concerns were answered, and time was spent to ensure we felt comfortable and safe choosing them for our new roof. We were not using an insurance claim, and chose Masters Roofing because we believed in their quality of work and their care for their customers. Andrew is the rep we worked with and he really took his time to make sure we were educated in all the Roofing options available. He did not oversell, wasn't pushy, and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right fit for our home and needs. Everything from meeting at the show room, the education provided, the time to address concerns, time answering questions, the visits to our property to meet the first time, the follow ups during and afterwards all made it such a smooth process and purchase. We felt we had focus and attention every step of the way, and not just getting a contract signed, but had them throughout the entirety of the process. We were so impressed watching the Roofing team working together as they did. Very hardworking crew, paying attention to detail, and cleaned up very well. Took time to make sure none of the property would be damaged in any way. It was super impressive! And Andrew came out every day the crew was there to check on progress, check on us, and even had a drone fly around taking pics from all angles to ensure proper work & have progress pics that he even showed us! Total transparency throughout the whole process. I brag on Master Roofing to everyone. They did an excellent job from pre-sale to cleanup. Our sales person was Robert Floyd and he did a great job helping us select the right roof and options. He dealt well with our insurer and adjusters to make sure they paid the most to cover our damage.

Overall excellent experience. Had some minor miscommunication with some of the sub contractors but in the end all was resolved to satisfaction. Recommend.

They left roofing nails all over the place. They busted my ceiling inside from throwing heavy bundles of shingles on top of the roof. They spray painted the inside of my house with a compressor and spray guns with the heat running. How big of a mess do you think that was. My house is all open so it was a huge area where everything sifted white paint silt all over every single thing in my house. Its been a year and I'm still cleaning it up, and still finding roofing nails. One of the worst experiences of my life. They priced some other work for me while they were here. I signed the contract for them to do the work. They never showed by up and would not respond. Very unprofessional in my opinion A-Z.

They did a really good job. No complaints at all. They could work on their punctuality. They should say they are going to be there when they are supposed to be. Once they show up, they do the job.

Claude came to my home during a neighborhood canvas. He was polite and professional. The insurance company agreed with Masters Roofing assessment. Two weeks later, the crew arrived and completely removed the existing roof and replaced it with new. The whole thing took them SIX hours- wow. My property was left clean of all debris. Claude checked back to make sure all was as agreed. I will happily recommend Masters Roofing.

They did a very good job. They came in, did it one day and they were gone. They did an excellent job. I had no complaints with them. They followed up. They came in and looked at the roof. They did everything they were supposed to do and got it done.

Masters was there before dawn and done in one day. We have a fairly large house, but a very complicated roof with lots of slopes and gables and intricate spaces...we were impressed they were able to get it done in one day. There was a project manager on site all day so we had a point person we could ask questions and get updates from. I was very happy with the clean up. In the middle of the day the house looked like a war zone, but before they left, Masters cleaned up every trace they had been there. They even returned the next morning to go over the yard again with a magnet to find any stray nails. The roof looks beautiful and does its job! After the roof, we hired them again to replace wood and flashing and paint the trim.

Austin provided options for the roof and quickly gave a fair quote. We decided to go with the recommended architectural shingles, new brown spiral turbine vents (and new matching brown vents). Two layers of shingles were removed. Both the house and shed (with added roof-vent) were completed in one day. His team was prompt, professional and did a fantastic job! We were very pleased at how clean the entire yard was once they left. There was NO debris (shingles, nails, etc). anywhere. The entire process was easy and resulted in a beautiful roof!

This company runs like a well oiled machine. They arrived when stated and completed job and clean up by sunset. Even came back two days later to fix an area where dish was reinstalled. Help with insurance paperwork if needed.

They did it in one day. They were quiet and were excellent at what they did. They cleaned up very well. They didn't bother us.

My roof is leaking and needs to be repaired. One of my co-workers recommended this company so I looked on Angie's List to get some info on the company. I wasn't real impressed by the reviews, but since the company did good work for my co-worker, I decided to give them a call. I left a phone message and also left an inquiry on their website for them to contact me. I never heard from them. That should have given me a pretty good indication that this company didn't want my business. My co-worker gave me the contact info to call "Jim" directly on his cell phone. I called Jim and we set up a time for him to come out to my house. We agreed to meet on Friday, February 1, 2013 at my home at 3:30. He never showed up and never called to say he couldn't make it. He had my address and both work and cell phone numbers. He know's where I live because in our conversation to set up the appointment, he stated that they had just replaced a roof in my subdivision. My time is as valuable as his is. As a matter of fact I cancelled another appointment I had so that I could have Jim come out and look at my roof. If there was a conflict in his schedule, all he would have had to do was pick up the phone and call me. This company lost business. Lynn S.

The price was very good, it was a real fair. These guys were just wonderful to work with. They were always on time. If we had an appointment to talk about anything, they would always be there when they said they would. They were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. They were very helpful as far as picking out the replacement for the old roof. Just everything we needed help with, they were always very good at it. They did it all in one day, that is what really amazed me. They didn't drag it out or anything. When they left, you couldn't hardly tell they had been here. They cleaned up real well after themselves, they didn't leave any trash behind. They just did such a good job I thought that they ought to have a good report.

This is a very unprofessional organization. They have serious customer services issues and time management problems. I had an appointment set-up with their roofing specialist and my home insurance claims agent. Masters Roofing changed the appointment time, told the claims agent, but failed to tell me. After a two hour wait, I called to find out what was happening. That's when I was told about the time change. Claims agent shows up at the new revised time but the Masters employee shows up an hour later. I fired them on the spot. My time has value as well.
