You get a discount on service if they have to replace something. The technicians talk like they know what they were doing. This is a good sized office with a receptionist. They are very good at scheduling. They may be on the high side for prices, but they do a good job and have a good general reputation. Really the only thing they had to do for me so far is replace a thermocoupler. They were very prompt in coming to do that job, in fact they were about an hour early.

I was happy with their service. They were very detailed in the work. It was complicated and they took the time and care to get it right. Our contractor was slow and we went without heat for about 3 weeks of the winter. This was not really Landmark s fault. Finally, we just said we need to get some heat and Landmark stepped in to get their part done. The price was included in the price of the complete addition job.

I thought that Landmark was a very reliable company. Before the visit, they told me when they were going to be here, what they were going to do, and gave a little explanation on how they were going to do it. I must say, they were exact, the time and everything. It was great. I am very satisfied, and I thought that I had gotten treated very well when they were here. They were also very trustworthy. I trusted them every second they were in my home. I believe the cost was somewhere around $2,000, but I am not absolutely positive on that.

I have used them multiple times over the past few years to do work in my house. They are great people to work with and they always get the job done right. I have not had any problems with the new furnace.

They have not been back out this year to maintenance the new system. In my service agreement, it said that they would provide maintenance twice a year, so I need to contact them. They did a good job installing the unit and I thought the worker was very friendly and knew what he was doing.

We have a 10 year warranty on the system which was included in the price. We felt that this company really extended their selves to give us such a great deal. We have used them on other occasions therefore not accepting any other bids. I would recommend this company to anyone because they are dependable and just a good old fashion company.

We have encountered no trouble what so ever with our new system. They were professionally trained to install the equipment correctly from the start. The system is able to cool my home down very quickly in the summer or warm it up fast in winter.

I think they did an excellent job and they are people that you feel comfortable having in your home. They completed the job in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with the new system.

We are pleased with the job that is done because the system is working as should. If you have the maintenance done right you shouldn't have any extra problems during the summer.
