+ -1 moreI have a contract with them for service twice a year. I've been having trouble with extra humidity in the house since they put the heat pump in. One of them corrected it partway, and then back in the spring, another technician made some more adjustments, so now I don't have that problem. It's a humidifier that is part of the thermostat, so now it's set to dehumidify the house.

+ -1 moreLater, when I had an energy efficiency inspection done, I found that some different sealants that should have been used, when they installed it, even though they weren't legally required. They did a good job, and they did come back and corrected it according to what he told them for better efficiency. They are a good company.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I have a service contract with them, they come twice a year and all is well. It is $165 a year for the two preventative maintenance calls. Top quality people, not necessarily the cheapest in town. They are the absolutely the best in professionalism! I have been using them for 20 years.

Description of Work: We have used Landmark for several years, and we have always had a great experience. We maintain an annual contract with them, and have never been disappointed. A few years ago they installed 2 new Lennox heating/AC units that have really saved us a lot of money and have made the house more comfortable.

They come out and check it out twice a year at an additional cost which is wonderful. I'm really happy that they are only a call away if I have a problem. I pay $163.00 a year so they can come out and check the service levels of the equipment twice yearly.

They called me a full day in advance to let me know that the technician was sick, and they would have to reschedule. They were able to reschedule for the next day (Friday). The technician was prompt, professional, and friendly.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They were very careful not to make a mess. When I came back everything was done and cleaned up like nothing was touched and job was done and looked great. The guy's stayed behind to teach me how to work with the thermostat as it is digital and he taught me how to do that and took plenty of time to see if I got it right. I was really impressed.

+ -1 moreEmployee arrived in time period specificed. Promply checked sysyem advied everthing working properly. Changed filters. Have had a contract with this company for at least 10 years or more. They have always been prompt in arriving on time and making any repairs promptly.
Description of Work: The company performed annual check of Central Heating system under annual contract. Did not make any payment at that time. The contract is for approximately $160.00 a year. This covers check and maintenance of heating system in fall and air conditioning system in spring.

+ -1 moreFrom my first contact with Landmark, when I was scheduling a time around my work schedule they were more than accommodating. They quickly fit me in when I told them my upstairs wasn't cooling. This is a company that I would highly recommend as the previous company I had used for many years didn't seem to understand the meaning of the word I worked full time and couldn't make arrangements to work around my schedule. Due to that they (they aren't on Angies List) have now lost my business and Landmark Heating and Air has gained a new customer.
Description of Work: I contacted Landmark based on their reviews on Angies List. I needed my two Air Conditioning Units serviced and my upstairs was not cooling. The technician arrived on time, serviced both units, found the problem with my upstairs (which was an improperly wired thermostat, my doing) and corrected that. We discussed a contract which I will definitely sign with them in the fall when it comes time for my furnaces to be serviced.

Description of Work: The tech came out here to service unit as w/in the past few wks. another tech from same co. came out to see why my a c unit kept going on / off and he worked on thermostat @ that time and did tell me it was thermostat and that what he did he wasn't sure how long it would last as it was a very old thermostat and that if my unit started going on/ off again the thermostat would need to be replaced. Well my unit never did go on/ off again from the time he came out and did what he did to thermostat but we decided to take advantage of FALL special and have a new thermostat put in as it is a Honeywell one and a c serviced and all was done today for 189.98. Both techs were very professional and explained what they were doing when they came out here. I would highly recommend this co. and have been very pleased both times they have been out here. The thermostat we had put in today is a digital one and the one that was in here was probably as old as the house. Landmark came out here after another co. came out here 8x and couldn't get my unit to work properly. Had the other co. did what Landmark did they would of seen it was the thermostat but they didn't even take cover off thermostat and charged us for coil work which costs us 1750.00 and still didn't make unit cool any better like tech said it would which was to keep unit from going on/ off like it was when I called them in 1st place . I feel like techs from that co. was just trying to make fast money and we will never use them again much less refer them. LANDMARK is a much better co.. THANKS Landmark !!!! Landmark is definitely a co. you can trust !!!!!!!!!!!!

+ -1 moreOur outside air unit went out on a hot Saturday evening (it is 11 years old). I called Landmark, got their answering service and was told a tech would contact me. Within the hour the tech called telling me he was tied up with a job and he would be able to come by late Saturday night but would call to let us know. He did call back to inform us that the job was taking longer and he would be at our house Sunday morning at 8 am. He called Sunday morning to let us know he was running late an arrived at our house by 8:45. Diagnosed our problem as the fan motor had seized and that it would be Monday before it could be fixed. Monday morning at 8 am, the office called to inform us the motor part was available but the fan blades had to be ordered an it would be first thing Tuesday morning to fix the problem. Office called back at noon Monday to inform me the fan blades had been delivered an a tech would be out shortly. Tech arrived at 1:30 and completed the service as well as performing a maintenance of our unit as we had decided to give Landmark our business because of the wonderfull response and reaction from them. Tech finished the job around 3:30 an our house is now cool! Heartily recommend Landmark!
