I was pleased with their work.

They weren't responsive in the beginning so I had to send them an email to see if anyone was going to come out to perform service. Once we got past the initial unresponsiveness everything went well. One man came out to perform service and he was neat and cleaned up after himself. He didn't consult with us on the pipe that he used to fix the leak and ended up using PVC when we have copper pipes. He did do quality work though and it was well done.We would use them again if we could confirm the price ahead of time before the work was scheduled to be completed.

Ken was very professional, in fact he went with me to Lowe's to purchase the water heater, to be sure we had the correct one to fit the space in the duplex.

Immediate contact and scheduling of appointment. Arrived on time. Fixed flap on leaking toilett. Had a kitchen leak but they were not 100% on what it was so it was not fixed.

It went well. I had purchased the faucet I wanted prior to scheduling the service. The plumber did have to go get a part at Lowe's in order to complete the project. He went straight to the store, purchased what was needed, and returned promptly.

Cleaned out Hot Water heater. It didn't take very long at all to complete the service.

I spoke to the provider and I accidentally purchased deal for wrong location. They were very friendly but I am getting the deal refunded.

No call, No show so no work was done

We rescheduled for a new date, but no one ever showed up. Reached out to the company by email and phone to find out what happened and to reschedule again, but I never received a response.

I initially wrote a good review. However, had some ongoing issues and had some broken appointments. Unable to reach him or get return phone calls at this time. Have second water heater which is non-functional at this time. I can no longer recommend him.

Ken was accommodating to my physical condition. Kind, polite, on time, and did his best to take care of my service asap. He came back later the same day with my permission. We even fed him dinner because he was nice enough to take care of the service that evening instead of coming on a Saturday or Monday. I was scheduled for foot surgery on Tuesday and he did want me to be worried about the repairs. He even provided us with some winter maintenance suggestions for a/c condensation line. And express his well wishes for my surgery on his way out.

My relationship with this vendor started with a casual and informative conversation with the owner, Ken Tyler. We arranged for a call "when in the neighborhood" to perform a simple non-critical plumbing task. I never received this call and got no response to a follow-up phone call or callback to my voice mail. I no longer need the intended service. Instead, I request a refund of my Big Deal payment. No hard feelings, but I sure can't rate this as great service.

Showed up on time and finished quickly.

Ken Tyler and his assistant Mark did a great job with everything I requested. I am happy with their work and will recommend this company to friends and family.

He did not return any of my phone calls and when he finally called me the day of the appointment it was to tell me there was a plumbing emergency the night before so he would be late. I will say that he was nice at my house but I was just expecting more to be done than him pointing out the problem and telling me it would cost extra for him to fix it.

It went wonderful, he was very helpful. He told me everything he was doing and showed me the cause of the problem. I was very pleased.

The plumber arrived punctually at our agreed-upon time and made got the work done quickly. He was courteous and professional, communicated well, explained everything he did, asked me if I had any questions, etc. I was completed satisfied with his work, and with his professional manners. I would definitely use him again, and recommend him highly to others in need of plumbing work.

The guy who came out was with his son who was his assistant. They were very nice but came very late, and even called me to see if they could come back later. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and it took them two trips to Home Depot. Also, the son turned off the water heater, but they didn’t relight it when they were done.

He charged way more than he said he was going to charge. I was not there when he was there and he could not get a hold of me, so he went ahead and just serviced what he thought needed to be done.

I would definitely use this company again and have recommended them to my family and friends.

It was not a pleasant experience. Had he just communicated more, I would have been satisfied. He made an appointment but even though I called and left messages as well as leaving messages on the Angie’s List Message Center he has not responded. We had the work done by someone else.

He did a good job. I appreciated him being honest in telling me that he could fix the bathtub faucet, but he wouldn't suggest it since I'd told him I'd be renovating the entire bathroom in the near future. Since the bathtub is an older one, it needed new parts. He would have more money on the job, but saved me up to $180 (parts, labor), which I would have been wasting once I tore everything out.

Great work. Very timely. Very dependable. When a vehicle breaks down they find another way to get to your place so they can do the job. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again but if I do I'll be sure to call them! ;) also, their work is guaranteed!

Very nice gentleman and his apprentice for the day (son). All went very well. Was pleased he could fix the outside faucet that another plumber had said I would have to break up brick to do! I would use them again.

The service went fine. I paid an additional fee to have the toilet replaced. There was a crack in the toilet. Two technicians came out for the job. They did a fantastic job. They were very nice and punctual. We have had no issues with the toilet since the service. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service. They came out the same day I purchased the deal.
