Description of Work: I use Keithley Irrigation. They handle my irrigation system services now. They service my sprinkler system. My sprinkler system broke before and they fixed that. They also did my annual service check for my water company.

Description of Work: I had problems with back flow valve. It had to be replaced due to winter damage. However the process took around 3 weeks to complete. |

Description of Work: Worker arrived in surly mood and proceeded to perform backflow test first. He called me to that site and said that it failed due to a leak and that he could return the following week with a kit to make the repair for about $100. He was to return but I had several misgivings due to his hostility and brusqueness. I had asked him about several heads that were not angled correctly and stupidly thought would be covered under the "checking heads/ cleaning and adjusting clogged heads" part of the offer. He snapped that was not part of his job. I called on May 5 to complain and cancel the follow up appt. I then had another company come out on 5/9/2014 to perform a routine backflow test as required by our town. I mentioned nothing about the previous incident. They performed the test and the backflow passed. There was no leak. I called Keithley back and explained what had happened subsequently and after several discussions on different occasions and with different people requested a refund since I had not received the benefit of our bargain. They told me I would have to get a refund through Angie's List.

Description of Work: Opening/backflow test. The technician was extremely helpful and walked me through my system which I hadn't previously used.vreally made sure I understood all the functions. I needed some work to pass the backflow test and they also recommended some new heads/moving 1 zone. Had to come out a second time as didn't have all the parts but did a great job.

Description of Work: They came out and thoroughly inspected the sprinkler system. They found one section that was not functioning and recommended that I install additional heads in an area where I had a shed removed and shrubs planted. We made an appointment for the following week and they returned and fixed the non working section and installed the additional recommended heads.

Description of Work: Arrived a little late, but took care of everything. I especially appreciated that the technician took the time to explain how to program the sprinkler system as we recently bought the house and had no experience with sprinklers.

Description of Work: We pay them annually to do all the maintenance on our three zone irrigation system.
