We are not pleased at all, they came out and they charged us incredible amount just to come out and give us an estimate in doing some work and then their estimate was like way out of sight expensive.

It was excellent. They solved our problem for less than half the costs of all the other estimates I was getting. Every time I had another company out they always wanted me to buy french drains etc., but that was unnecessary. The crew that came out worked very hard, and finished the job in one day. The receptionist every time I call is very friendly as well. They are a great company.

d.Very informative, walked me through how to use system which was previously installed and gave recommendations based on location of heads and how often to run different cycles. Replaced a few heads/nozzles which were damaged and moved one which had been placed too close to house (was damaging window sill and not effectively watering shrubs) by another company. Highly recommend.

They were able to come out within a week after purchasing the deal. When they came for the work through the deal, they discovered that one of the pipes was busted. They repaired that and changed some sprinkler heads before completed the tune-up. When they gave me the estimate, I called around for other quotes and they came in less than the other companies. The technician made sure that I got the best deal for the work. I had them complete the additional repairs. All of the work that they did was top notch. Everything worked out fine.

He came out and he found some other things. He gave me some recommendations and they did some implemental work. I plan to call them back to get the certification that I need.

They were prompt, went right to work and showed me exactly how to replace the bulbs myself and what kind to purchase. Overall it was a great experience. They were very professional, helpful and when I get ready to install lighting in my back yard I will definitely hire Keithley Enterprises to do the job.

I got my money's worth. However, the deal was supposed to be an inspection and a back flow test and the tech said there was a problem with my water pressure -- he couldn't understand how my system was set up. They were very professional, but I just don't know that I got what I signed up for.

The service provider failed to keep his word. Was supposed to return the next day to repair broken pipe connected to the irrigation system. But did not call or show up for next 3 days.

Very thorough. Selection of proper areas for best effect and curb appeal. Very competitive pricing. Very prompt response. Keen to do a professional job. Excellent quality of fixtures. LED lights. I would very highly recommend.

Punctual and courteous. Phone call giving me a 45 minute notice prior to his arrival was nice. Showed him where the system valve was off the main meter and the Backflow valve and also where the system controller was. I have an older system (15 years old) and the back flow valve is an older Watts 009 model that was installed on its side. It was was initially thought to be a double check valve and I was told a test could not be done on it and that it was not up to code. I explained that the test was done last year and it passed and had the Cross Connection reminder card to have the test done this year with the Serial number and Hazard number listed. Took some photos and called in to check and then said "I'm 85% sure this is a back flow valve. Conducted the test and it failed the last part...something about a manifold needing to hold at least 3 psi or something. Not sure on that. Said they could replace it for $500 including permit pull, new valve, and installation. Checked all the sprinklers and found 7 rotors that needed replacing and 2 two inch spray heads that need the same. The quote for the repairs was $399.55 broken down as follows: 7 rotor heads replaced @ 29.95/ea, 2 two inch heads replaced @ 19.95/ea, and 2 hours of labor @ 75/hr. The pricing seemed high for the rotors as even the most expensive rotors I could find from Ewings and other places on-line were in the $15 per price range. For this reason I gave a rating of "B" for the price, although the Angie's List special was definitely a great deal. I called a plumber out that was capable of testing back flow valves to make any repairs to the device, but instead of telling him it failed a test last week I let him test it again (second blind opinion) and would then have it repaired on the spot if it failed again. It passed. It is for this reason that I gave the grade of "B" for quality rating. I did notice the difference in the test equipment used between the two separate folks and the plumbers system was massive and was definitely not a cheap item. I explained that I would rather do the repairs myself as I enjoy that type of thing.

The crew was very professional and knew exactly how to handle each zone and situation. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks you.

The serviceman cam 15 min before the end of the designated period and stayed for an hour to check the system. At the end, he gave an estimate for $600 in repairs.

Keithley Irrigation were prompt and nice. I was very pleased with them. They're giving me an estimate to do more work, to do the repairs of the heads that weren't working. He was very courteous and polite. There was nothing I didn't like about them. The price of the Big Deal was very good. I thought they were excellent, very good. They were here when they said they would be. They were very punctual.

I was not sure if the report for the Backflow would be sent to the city I will have to call them. The tech couldn't answer the question. In the past the back flow tester would disassemble the unit and inspect for wear, this test was seemingly less thorough. And the tech would send my report for me, unsure if this will happen yet. I may have to adjust the sprinklers myself later as not sure if the time level or days of watering are adequate or overkill???

Two gentlemen from Keithley arrived promptly at the agreed start time. I showed them the location of the backflow preventer and sprinkler controls, and also requested that they cap one of the heads we have had some issues with. They completed the work in a couple of hours and provided a thorough overview of the work performed. They replaced and/or recalibrated a number of heads and set the timer for the optimal coverage and effectiveness.

This project went very well. I had planned to simply install floodlights in the ground as a DIY system. Brian Keithley provided the estimate and explained that this type of lighting needs to be more subtle to obtain the intended look. He prepared a plan to using low voltage lighting fixtures and a combination of up and down lighting on the house and trees to achieve a finished professional look. His bid was not the lowest, but in retrospect well worth what we paid considering the final result. Installation took just one day and was performed neatly and efficiently. There were several light fixtures installed at the top of second floor gables. Wiring for these and all fixtures was firmly attached and well hidden. After the installation was complete and operating, lighting seemed too concentrated in one area on the front of our home. Brian came out at night to evaluate my report. He agreed with this opinion and revised the lighting design. The installer came out the next day to reconfigure our system according to the revision. Brian returned that same night to confirm satisfaction with the overall project. One option that I did not select at installation, but subsequently retrofitted, is use of LED bulbs. These are somewhat expensive compared to standard bulbs, but offer the advantage of lasting for 15-20 years! Before the LEDs were installed, several bulbs burned out over time but were promptly replaced in accordance with the one-year warranty. Keithley Night Lights has the experience and expertise to do this job properly. I would not hesitate to recommend their work.

We were very happy with Keithley Irrigation. It was a very timely response. After we contacted them, it was less than a week before they came out and inspected the property. The quote was $4200 give or take. He showed up 2-3 days after I contacted him. He marked off the property, how many zones he was going to put in. His price was $600 per zone. He was going to put in seven zones and use the best spray heads. We didn't have one put in. I wasn't expecting it to be $4200. He claimed when they left that night they would put as much dirt back as they could and we would see is the trenched area where the trencher had cut the trench for the pipe and it would be covered with dirt and grass would grow back on it when they were done. It was a complete clean up. I would recommend them. This quote only differed by like $30 from the other one I got. I think the guy was very professional. I felt better about his quote because I knew how many heads I was getting. The first guy gave me a good quote but I wasn't sure exactly what I was getting such as how many heads. Keithley was more thorough and really did a nice job of explaining what he was going to do and where he was going to put stuff.

It wasn't anything too in-depth. They got the system ready for the summer. They were on time. The customer service person in their office was very friendly. I didn't have any trouble with them.

Needed a company to perform backflow certification of my home irrigation system. Keithley representative showed up as promised but said they couldn't complete testing due to leaky valve. Representative promised to order parts and rebuild the valve. A week or so later I noticed that the valve had been repaired and a short while later I received the bill and the backflow certification in the mail with no hassles to me.

I called Keithley for an estimate around the first part of the year. Brian came out within a day, and I happened to be there while he was doing the estimate. Brian did an excellant job explaining what to look for in a sprinkler system. Brian answered all of my questions, and when I told him I would accept his bid, he told me it would probably be sometime in March before he could get out, which was fine with me since I did not need a sprinkler system right away. His crew came out, did the install without any major problems. Since the ground had been so wet from the rain, the machine they used to dig trenches left a few ruts in the yard. When I called Brian to have him come out and show me how to operate the system, I told him about the ruts and he sent someone out right away and took care of the ruts. He also came out explained the system to me. It may be raining like no tomorrow right now, but I am looking forward to using my system this summer when rain comes once every six weeks. Keithley offers pretty much the same warranty on parts and labor like everyone else and also provides one opening and closing at no charge like everyone else.

From the moment Brian Keithley arrived to look over our system, we were very comfortable. He asked us what we wanted and listened very carefully. He then turned the sytem on and began drawing a diagram of what he was going to need. Then flagged everything. His crew, as well as himself came out today and did the work. He was very careful and did not completely tear up our yard as the last contractor did. When they were finished, they took time to make certain we could operate it. The system works great and we couldn't be happier. We can hardly tell they were here because they did such a good job. They cleaned up and were very respectful of our property. I have an acre and a half and I am going to hire him to do my front yard.

Crew did a great job. They were very professional and courteous. Good experience. I would hire them again.

We had four estimates. Brian's was a little more than the lowest. The appointment came within a day of calling. The estimate was emailed in a day or two. I was charged the amount stated on the estimate even though they added a couple of spray rotors, as mentioned before. We have a very small yard with one little island of a bed trapped between the front door and garages by a very expansive driveway.Two contractors didn't want to bore, one said he would charge an extra $500 for the machine rental. Another compay said they would try; that they liked a challenge. One of the reasons I chose Keithley was that Braian had the machine and said he would do it. It took weeks to get started; almost a month. When they showed, the job was done in about two days. They hand dug mostly, because of my small yard. The trenches were tamped down and sod put back down. They hit an underground power cable, (it wasn't burried deep enough by the power co.), with the boring machine. Brian said it would be between his company and the utility, which it was. I did, however, call the utility and inform them of who cut the cable. The utility fixed the cable, then Keithley finished the job and sent me a bill. He didn't really go over the operation of the system, but I read the manual and programmed the exterior controller myself. I expect alot so weigh that in with this report.

They were responsive, did not stomp on my flowers and disturbed the beds/grounds as little as possible. Unlike some other work crews, I did not have to pick up cigarette butts and food wrappers from all over my yard when they left. They were reasonably priced--I guess they still are, although I had my system put in about four years ago.

They service our accounts well. They use foreign labor and are pretty good.
