Description of Work: Performed winter service on furnace, never flushed the hot water tank or returned to do the summer service as was the deal that I bought. Asked them to get me a quote for UV lights never heard back. I was too busy to chase them down, so I suppose it is my fault that the unit wasn't serviced in the time of the annual service agreement.

I appreciate the feedback. We normally don't flush water tanks. Depending on the condition of your tank (age, amount of sediment within the tank), flushing your tank can cause leaks. I will follow up with you regarding the service for the summer. We are proud to support you.

The company did not show up.
Description of Work: I set and appointment for Saturday (on Friday) with Dot and everything seemed to be set. When I followed up on Saturday, to get an estimated ETA, I spoke with Dennis and he seemed "lost" and said that he did not show an appointment. During the call we either lost connection, or he hung up on me. I left a message for Dennis to call, but never did hear back from anyone.

Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned 2 furnaces. Only thing that I would have like better is if they had a sticker for the furnaces to as a reminder rather than me having to keep a receipt to remember the annual service.
