Description of Work: Wonderful Job on all fronts from Ellendale Heating and Air... |We first called them to repair an igniter issue with our old furnace. Jonathan and Marcus showed up promptly for an appointment with boot covers on and went to work. They fixed the igniter, but unfortunately, the problem was deeper. They returned after 6 pm on Friday night (!) to check on it. Bad News. We were going to need a new unit. The owner (!) himself came by at 9 pm to see if he could arrange a work around to get us through the weekend. More Bad News. They applied the cost of the failed repair to the price of the new furnace, and had us a brand new unit in by lunchtime monday. |As great an experience as you can have when you need a major repair, and the most polite company from top to bottom we've encountered in a long time... |

Description of Work: New heating and air installed. I was glad they came out and found not one but two cracks in the heating unit. They stated that it can leak and ulitimately cause death. They were so on top of what they did and their accessment. Thank goodness they found this and took care of my needs.

Description of Work: After installing our new HVAC system, Ellendale H&E has been performing regular check ups on the system as part of a maintenance package.

Description of Work: My A/C went out during the night of 5/2/12. At 7:05 AM, on 5/3, i phoned. Thirty minute later, Dennis returned my call and scheduled an appt between 10 - 12 that morning. Five minutes later, he called again and told me someone was coming out within 30 minutes. It is now 8:45AM, and the work is done and my A/C is working. How is that for service? I call it GREAT!! Why would i ever consider using anyone else?
