Great experience. Don't know if the price was competitive because I didn't get another estimate but their prices seemed to be good based on my experience with other houses. They were extremely courteous which is much more important to me than a few dollars. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates good work done with a smile.

They came to measure--odd size-had to special order. Very professional and courteous service. Really like them.

My overall experience with them was good. I would recommend them. They are the most cost effective and competent in this field. I will use them again in the future.

Called to get a quote. The receptionist gave us a time, the gentlemen were here on time and finished the job in less than 20 minutes. Very professional and curteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a good job. I was not unhappy with their service. They were prompt. They came two days. We would need at least two people to do any kind of work on a garage door and both of them did a really good job while they were there. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing. I think they were reasonably priced. I don’t have anything to compare them to. The screws are excellent; in fact, they are better than the original ones because they are longer. The color was a little off but that could be age or sun damage or anything. The screws were better than what I had. It was above average. They were responsive. They came immediately. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did great on the work. I liked their price, which was quite reasonable.

The spring on my garage door broke on Sunday. About noon Monday, after checking Angie's List, I called Door Pro, Inc. to have them come out to fix my door. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant. After checking the schedule she found that one of their repairmen was between jobs so she sent him right out. He arrived within a half hour, looked at the problem and quoted me a price that I thought was very fair. In another 30 minutes the job was done and he was ready to leave. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. I would call them again without hesitation.

Wonderfull experiance! Everything was done on time and correctly. The old door was removed and hauled away, the new door installed. I had them leave the vinyl trim pieces for my painter to install. Turned out he didn't know how to do it correctly. DoorPro set someone out on a seperate call to install it at a later date. This is the second time I have used them.

Very knowledgeable & professional from the receptionist who took my call throughout the repair the next day. Punctual & fast repair.

Garage door opener failed at 6am, called DoorPro at 8am, the opener was fixed by noon. Excellant service.

Called after hours and left a message that we had a broken spring. They called the next morning, and came promptly (11 am), completed work.

Doorpro originally said they didn't have availability until the end of the week, and I had to press to get a quicker time slot from them (I didn't want the broken garage door standing open any longer than necessary). My only objection was to the service man who smoked several cigarettes and threw the butts in the driveway, where I had to later pick them up. I also had to tell him to remove the box the new door opener came in. When I asked, he lubricated the garage door hinges because they were squeaking badly and I wanted to make sure it wasn't the opening mechanism itself. So, you have to press these people, but they did good work.

I called, got an estimate and an appointment, the technician showed up exactly on time, replaced the spring, life is good.

They just came and replaced the door of the garage. I don't know much about them because my husband handled them. So that's all I can say for them.

Doorpost came highly recommended by my friends. I called them up and they were responsive to my phone call and were ready for my business. It only took a couple of hours to do the work, and they were on their way. I have not had any problems since.

Doorpost couldn t have been more respectful and they did a wonderful job. The reason for grading them a B was because they kind of took longer than expected, but no one's perfect.

Doorpost was not as prompt as I expected and they could have been more time efficient. They had to leave and go get more parts, but they still did a wonderful job when it was finished.

Doorpost was very professional and well mannered. The workers were considerate while they were at out home and got right to work. I am very pleased with everything. We haven't had any problems with the garage door since they installed it.

He did a real nice job and I liked him real well. I called them because I couldn t get my car out of the garage and he showed up in two hours, which I thought was pretty good. He forgot to fix the remote to the garage door opener, and he came right back out. He didn t leave any mess, was polite and friendly, and I would recommend him.

He answered all my questions and explained things to me about the garage door. I really like the job he did. He was great and he cleaned up really well. He was very pleasant, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable.

Doorpro did an okay job. I had no complaints at all. They showed up on time. They did the job quickly and efficiently with no hassle. They didn't leave a mess. I looked at several places and they were about the same for price, but Doorpro was willing to work with us on our schedule.
