They did really well. They were very fair with the pricing. They do a quality install and give you kind of a break on what you need. They don't try to oversell.

I thought for sure that I would have to have the garage door opener replaced because it had stripped gears but DoorPro repaired the unit at a cost much less than a replacement cost. They also adjusted the door, gave me some maintenance suggestions, and provided me with a can of spray lubricant, all at a very reasonable price. Their employees have customer service oriented attitude. I've used their services twice and have been very pleased with both the quality of service and price. Normally, I shop around for service companies for each job but with garage door repairs, I just call DoorPro. I wish that there were more service companies in the Memphis area that were as good as DoorPro.

Their first visit was a couple of months ago. The technician checked the garage door and fixed the light and told me that everything worked properly. One or two days later a different technician came out and installed the track and the insulation strip for the bottom of the garage door. A few days later the garage door came off the track and I had to call Door Pro up to fix it. This happened a total of 4 or 5 times that I called them for the same problem. Plus Door Pro installed a brand new garage door opener which stopped working properly after just a few days. So for this same problem they had to return several times until they finally fixed it correctly, I hope. But the garage door is still coming off track as of 1/19/16. Consequently, I chose to use a different vendor even though I have to pay extra to start over again.

I called on Thursday, June 17, 2015. They came out the very next day. They called before heading our way. The tech got to my house quick and replaced the mother board and reprogramed our garage door openers for our cars. The tech knew what he was doing and was done within 20 minutes. We have had problems with our garage door opener for over a year. We had tried another company who didn't seem to know what the problem was. Then we called a different company who told us the mother board was bad and needed to be replaced. They said they would be back the next day but we have never heard back from them. We waited around for 3 weeks and I decided to call Doorpro Inc. and not only did I receive 'GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE' but somebody who actually knew what he was doing, not to mention the charge wasn't near as high as it would have been if we had gone with the last company.

They've given me an estimate and if one of the bolts comes off I will have them come and fix the entire door.

The price was reasonable. I think it was like a flat-rate. They do good work. They are prompt. They came when they said they are going to come. It looks like a good part they put on.

Service technician arrived at the end of the appointment window. Apologized for not arriving earlier, even though he was still within the appointment window. He was very pleasant, and quickly reviewed the problem. He quoted a price to replace the spring and went to work. He recommended that the door rollers be replaced due to the age of the door. There was no pressure, just mentioned it. I told him I would like to look up the rollers online, he pleasantly stated sure, no problem, I will be done with your spring shortly. We decided to replace the rollers after doing a little research online, the technician completed that work promptly as well. I would highly recommend them. I made two attempts at appointments with another company listed on Angie's List that never returned a call.

Set up an appointment without any problems and Travis (the technician) arrived within the time frame. Courteous, professional, friendly and did not push any unnecessary products [the house I purchased is about 20 years and the system was original--I had already noticed issues when the door lifted and closed. After the work was done, the difference was easy to see and hear]. I am not an expert on garage doors. He walked me through what he proposed to do and why, and explained why things were needed. He also explained how I would know when a potential problem due to the age of the system could arise and how a technician would probably deal with it. He also explained how to change codes, maintain the door, and lift the door in an emergency. No comparison on prices for services provided so I can't comment on that. But no high pressure sales or scare tactics on horrible things that could happen if I did not have the services performed. I would definitely use the company again and would recommend them to others.

Woke at 7AM to discover that the garage door wouldn't open; both vehicles trapped inside. Disconnected the automatic garage door opener and tried to open manually. Discovered the broken primary spring which counterweights the door; too heavy to open by myself. Called Door Pro. They answered immediately and said they could make a 1-3PM service call window. Slightly inconvenient to wait six hours, but Door Pro had installed the door originally in 2002 and I knew they do good work. "Ken" showed at 1PM exactly and had me fixed in about 45 minutes. He gave me options: a two spring setup vice the one big spring I had (extra $40) and new nylon rollers ($100). I bought both and the door does operate more quietly. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient--a nice job.

Overall, they did a good job. They called ahead of time, showed up at the appointed time, and did quality work. I would not visit the showroom.

Our garage door main wall switch/button had broken, and wouldn't work at all. Doorpro was able to schedule us quickly. The service man arrived right on time, and was very courteous and friendly. He assessed the problem, thoroughly described the problem to me, and gave me a price before starting. The work was done quickly and neatly. The door now operates perfectly. This is the second time we have called Doorpro about our garage door. The first time was to replace the main lift spring, which had worn out to the point of us having to help the door go up. Just like this time, the service was scheduled quickly, the service man arrived promptly, and the service was done well. Should we ever need any other repairs, we would certainly call them again.

It was a cold and sleeting January day at 2:30 in the afternoon when I called. Schools had closed due to the ice and the roads were bad. DoorPro agreed to send someone out that day while others had refused to do so because of the icy bad weather. Scott the service technician was very knowledgeable, curteous and fast. My garage door was falling off the railings and was impossible to close. Had DoorPro not come everything in my garage would have been subject to damage from windy, icy, and wet weather. Scott quickly assessed the problem and got my door back on track and fully operational in less than an hour. His service delivery and attitude was great in very unpleasant conditions.

I called this company before 8am and someone was at my house by 9. The opener was installed 2 days later. I had them come back a few days later for a small adjustment. They were very professional each time.
