Description of Work: This company had to come and replace my garage door opener as my old one stopped working due to a lightning strike. They quoted me a fair price and came out the next day right on time. I shared with customer service that the door was not staying up and that the technician might have to adjust my springs. She informed me that there is a chance that the spring might break when being adjusted. I asked if the service man would have another spring to repair it if that were to happen and was assured that they did bring extra springs. My only complaint was that the service technician informed me once he was on premises that the door mechanism was a rare one and that he would have to replace either the entire spring/bar assembly or they would have to order the springs to that odd door which would take several weeks. Both options were about the same cost which meant that the entire job cost double the original phone estimate. However, I will admit that they had the new mechanism installed on the second day. I am assuming that the extra spring assembly was in fact needed and would use them again.
