Description of Work: Chickasaw Air Conditioning has provided HVAC services for us since 1988. We have a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Chickasaw. They performed the winter checkup/service in December which is part of the PMA. We are satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: They came out to service our heating system under an annual maintenance contract where they come out twice a year. The annual maintenance contract is $158 so I estimated one service call at half of that ($79). They are always prompt and responsive to our calls.

+ -1 moreI would say that Chickasaw did a very great job. The workers worked very hard and they were extremely efficient. The pricing was very fair. I like the fact that they did not harass me into anything else while they were here. They came in and did exactly what they said they were going to do and that was it. Nothing else was ever even mentioned.
