On 12/13/24, I was serviced by Chickasaw AC, Inc. They came the same day for which I am truly grateful & serviced our AC to fix the ignitor. He spent less than 15 minutes My invoice indicated that: Replaced ignitor-$250 Diagnostic fee/trip charges......$55 Total----$305 When I called the company disputing the charges (the igniter, I searched online, does not cost over $25)- they assured me that they would send me the itemized invoice. The revised invoiced showed: Replaced ignitor ($110.00 ignitior price and $140.00 for labor price)---- 250.00 Diagnostic fee/trip charge ----55.00 ***DISCOUNT PER OWNER, MATTHEW-- FINAL PRICING*** -110.01 Sales Tax 0.00 Total-------$194.99 While I support local and small businesses, I draw the line when I feel I am being ripped off.

We have been using them for the last 25 years and I can't say enough positives about them. They are family owned and provide timely and quality repairs and maintenance. They also stand behind their work.

As usual with Chickasaw, everything went well. I have used Chickasaw for 10 years. During these years, they have replaced all three of my heating and air conditioners with Trane units which literally cut my utility bills in half. Whenever I have had a problem with any of my units, they immediately took care of it. I have an annual contract with them for maintenance, so they come regularly come twice a year for this. Because I have this contract, they will come without extra charge after hours as well as the weekend if I have a problem. They are always punctual and very personable. It's refreshing to do business with someone who trustworthy.

I worked with the owner. I am a technical kind of guy. We sat down and calculated what the right system for this home was. I was very satisfied with my interaction with him. That is the reason why I bought the system.

Well I am in the process of selling my home and my real estate agent was going through half and he went up stairs walk up the attic and said there was a some condensate line was a water was coming out of it so I called them over to find out what was wrong. let me put it this way they took some actions to try to a dress the problem I don't know whether it's really fixed are not I mean it was just basically what was happening it was the condensate line was really long it's a hot attic was actually a some water off the bottom of the condensate line because of the temperature difference what was going through the lines and the conditions in the attic.literally I have a contract with these people so it's not like it's a existing relationship I have a preventive maintenance contract with them.

Arrived promptly, tech was professional job finished in a timely manor.

It went well. Bill was very professional and experienced and honest and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He fixed the problem, without trying to sell me unneeded parts, or a new air conditioner, like some other companies do. He was willing to stay until I was satisfied that all work had been done and all questions answered. He wants me to get as much use as possible out of my current unit and I appreciate his help. The price I was charged seemed high to me, but evidently it is not more than what others charge, he did provide some extras that were important to me, and he did not try to sell me more than I needed. I would definitely recommend Chickasaw, and this technician.

Chickasaw came in and told out an old barely functional shoddy system and replaced it all with new trane components. They did a fantastic job and the system is working wonderfully!

I've done business with them for over 25 years. I've never had a problem with them. All of their techs are very professional. They called to check when it's convenient to come; they're very nice about that. They show up when they say they will. They are efficient and explain things. I don't have to worry about anything. With the service contract, if you have a problem, they give you priority service. Their prices are very reasonable. They also service my air conditioner. They do a regular service inspection of the furnace and the air conditioner every year.

Great! Hvac tech was really nice and got right to work. It was only 2 hours from the time I called until he arrived. Within 5 minutes, he figured out the issue, which was a simple fix! Great experience!!

These guys have been our heating and air company for home use for years. The service guys are always friendly and professional, and they explain options and pricing whenever there are any. Usually pretty easy to schedule, and they will call me 20-30 minutes before a tech can be at my home, so I can leave work then and meet them there. I would recommend Chickasaw to a friend!

The service was fine and went as expected.

This is the best my AC has worked in a long time. I have called other companies in the past that try to sell me a new AC for thousands of dollars, when all I need is some freon and a good cleaning. This time I called Chickasaw. The technician who arrived, Joe, was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and honest. He was more than happy to discuss with me what he was doing and answer all my questions. It is very nice to deal with honest people who care about me, which seems to be hard to find in the AC repair and maintenance industry. I explained to Joe that my electric bills were very high, and that my AC was constantly on and not reaching the temperature to which it was set. He found and fixed three problems. First, air that was leaking and not making it to the evaporator coils. Second dirty condenser coils. And third being low on Freon. Instead of proposing expensive solutions to my problems as some of the other AC companies in town like to do, he fixed the problems at a reasonable cost to me, and is willing to help me keep my AC system for several more years rather than replacing it now which is not necessary. I also had a good experience with Brad, who came out to assist Joe with an issue. These guys do good honest work and I would recommend them. ,

When I first called this company I was looking to replace our A/C unit due to the fact that we have lived here for 2 years and have had to have the unit serviced each year. I don't recall the man's name that i spoke to but he was very polite and professional and suggested to have an inspection of the unit done for free which everyone likes to hear. We scheduled a time for later that day which was wonderful and it was reading close to 80 degrees in the house. Later on that day it started raining and i got a call from the dispatcher asking if the rain didn't let up would i mind rescheduling which I didn't because I wouldn't want someone working in the rain. The service tech ended up showing up anyway which we were very thankful for. He said the unit was low on freon and that the coil was clogged with dogwood pollen. He said that it needed to be cleaned and I explained that it had been cleaned last year with an acid based solution (which is kind of pricey) and i assumed that was what he was talking about. However. he just grabbed our hose and sprayed the coil through the outter casing. He did instruct my husband for future care of how to properly clean the coil so we could do it ourselves next pollen season, which was nice. The whole time he was here took less than an hour and it had started raining but he stayed and completed the work which was great. At the end of it all though I never signed anything. Nothing at all. No paper saying this is what had been done and this is how much it would cost. Nothing. He did give us verbal estimates though but I did keep thinking I should have signed SOMETHING saying that the would had actually been completed. On the service bill I received through the mail i got the final price which wasn't bad. When I decided to write this review I looked to see when the service was done and the date isn't on there. There wasn't a payment slip so I just sent a check with the acct number at the bottom. I would use this company again but I would be sure to ask for something to sign before they leave so I have everything on paper.

I have been a customer of Chickasaw for several years and they have kept my old A/C going. However, this summer proved too much for the 41 yr old unit, especially the Memphis humidity. My unit was not cooling at all. I set up an appointment and they were there on time with a new unit. I had had them look at my unit before so they already knew what size etc. The guys who came were very nice and professional and told me exactly what they were going to do, when they would take lunch and an approximate time they would be finished so there were no surprises. I have 2 kitties and they were very good with them, although I kept them up most of the time. They cleaned up afterwards and left no trace of having been there except a new unit that worked. I highly recommend them.

Provided arrived on time and called before arriving to confirm. The technician work shoe covers and went to the attic to service my two heating units. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely renew my maintenance agreements for heater and air conditioning service with Chickasaw!

I have used them for years and they are really good. They are really reasonable. They were on time and competent. He came out and got it done within a couple of hours. He cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again.

Chickasaw not only replaced out upstairs unit, but when checking our downstairs unit (at our request), found where the previous company had messed up their work, and now the downstairs unit cools the downstairs quicker, and the unit doesn't run as long. I can't believe how much energy / money we have wasted due to the mistake of another company. My only regret, is that I didn't call Chickasaw sooner..
