The Technitian was very Professional and nice to work with in explainingin detail how the new programmers work, and how the design the programs to best meet our Churches needs.

They came out the same day which was very impressive. They were Johnny on the spot. They were very professional, nice and friendly. They did the work in a timely manner.

I find Chickasaw Air Conditioning very punctual, they do excellent work and their pricing is quite reasonable. I've investigated them thoroughly and I wanted the brand of airconditioning that they sell and that was my first criterion, second one was references from other people who've used them. I've had them out a couple of times on minor service calls and they performed exceptionally well. They also gave me a good price on the total system, I went ahead and used them, I have not regretted it.

I cannot speak highly enough of Alan Rutland, Chickasaw Air Conditioning, and their workers. I was without A/C for a week after my compressor had died. Prior to getting Chickasaw, I had obtained five other estimates. Chickasaw beat almost all of them. Why did I ultimately choose to hire them? They were, by far, the most concerned and easiest to work with. I called on Monday morning and by 3:30pm Alan and his crew were at my house. They went right to work replacing the outside unit and the thermostat and were finished within 3 hours. An unforeseen problem arose causing them to have to do a little more work to install the system, however, Alan stuck with the original estimate and completed the work without charging me. I would, without hesitation, recommend Chickasaw to everyone needing A/C services.

I decided to go with Chickasaw and called to tell Alan. He was unable to fit the work into my schedule as it was a busy time for A/C work. I thanked him and told him I would go with my next bid. He called me back 5 minutes later and told me he put a crew on Saturday because he really wanted the business! As it turned out, he was there on Wednesday and Thursday to do the job and only tied up loose ends Saturday. He has a dedicated staff which was very professional. The job was cleanly and expertly finished and they actually left my attic cleaner than they found it! One more impressive thing happened. During installation they found that some previous workmen had driven nails through the copper lines leading the the defunct A/C compressor. (it needed replacing anyway) New lines were required to make the system work. I found that out as they were presenting me the bill. NO CHARGE FOR THAT REPAIR!! If you want to work with a local businessman who stands behind his work and means what he says, you will be happy with Chickasaw. Give Alan a call.

Estimator was courteous and professional. Estimate was $1700 to replace coil. Ridiculous! Way to high, feel free to shop around, I am.

I got another estimate before calling Chickasaw that was for $4600, but for a very low-end unit (Goodman). I didn't feel good about that estimate so I called Chickasaw's office and they immediately put me in touch with the owner, who came out same day while I was at work. He made sure that I did NOT tell him the estimate that I had received from the other company so that it wouldn't sway his - in the end his estimate was almost exactly the same, but I felt much better about his company based on the customer service I had received and his professionalism and knowledge of the job. He also made sure to have everything up to building code and had an inspector come out from the city to approve - something that wasn't even mentioned with the other company. So while his price may have been the same in the end, I got a new pad underneath the unit and a french drain so that the condensation from the unit doesn't puddle all built into that same price, so I was very pleased. Plus as mentioned above I was offered the high-end Trane unit which turned out to be a great investment. They also replaced the thermostat inside with a new programmable unit (the old thermostat wasn't compatible with the new furnace/AC unit), which I should have been charged for, but since it wasn't mentioned to me in the estimate process the owner threw it in at no cost. I highly recommend this company. I only got two estimates so I can't say how they compare to everyone else, but the owner did mention to me at some point that he usually tends to come in around the middle - you could maybe find cheaper but for me this wasn't something to skimp on. I will call Chickasaw in the future for all of my heating and AC needs.

Our house is 26 years old and has three A/C and heating units, all of which were original to the house when we bought it two years ago. Last year we hired Chickasaw to give us an estimate to replace everything; they gave us estimates for various options, and supported us when, because of budget constraints, we opted only to replace the heating units and not the A/C units. Installation of the heating units was fast, reasonably priced, and professional. Since then, we've had a couple of minor problems with the old A/C units, the most recent being that one would not operate despite the functioning power supply. The technician who came out switched out a fuse, and that took care of the problem. While at our house he also took the time to look at our old units and evaluated that we might get another year out of them. Chickasaw's reps are professional and sympathetic to customers who are trying to stretch their dollars. Chickasaw will help you make the best decision for your needs. I am a loyal customer, and recommend them to everyone.

READ UPDATE at BOTTOM The customer service person on the phone was very professional and told me that someone would be at my house the same day. Two hours later a technician called to tell me he was on the way. Brian arrived and asked me to describe the problem. I told him the story about the other company finding a cracked heat exchanger and informing me that I needed a new furnace. Brian went right to work and inspected the furnace. On initial inspection he said he didn't think there was anything wrong with it but that he was going to do a more detailed inspection. He hooked the gas back up to the unit and turned it on. He spent about an hour checking for carbon monoxide at the unit and at every vent serviced by the furnace. He also checked for air blowing into the unit and to the burners (I probably described that part wrong). The bottom line was that he confirmed there was no crack in the heat exchanger and that everything was in great working order. Brian did suggest that I begin planning to purchase a new furnace simply because this one is over 25 years old and will eventually wear out. In addition, I would save some money on utility bills with a modern, more efficient furnce. He also suggested that I schedule a cleaning for the entire system but that there is nothing urgent to be done. Brian was very professional and sat down with me to answer all my questions. I was very pleased to learn that a new furnace was not needed after all. He gave me an estimate on a new one that was about $1500 cheaper than a quote from the other company. (And he did not know the amount of the other quote.) Chickasaw saved me about $3,000. I know I will need a new furnace someday but so will everyone if they stay in a house long enough. I get the feeling that Chickasaw understands that a long term customer relationship will be much more profitable than trying to scare someone into a one time purchase. For all of this, Chickasaw charged me nothing. They will get my business in the future. UPDATE: What a confusing ordeal I have been through. It turns out that the furnace heat exchanger does indeed have a hole in it. The original inspector came back, pulled the heat exchanger out before my eyes, and there was hole I could stick my finger through. I need a new furnace after all and am lucky that I had the time to keep having all these service people come to my house. I do realize how difficult it is to find a crack in a heat exchanger.

We used Chickasaw AC at our previous home and were very happy with them. When we had to replace the air conditioning at our new home, we chose to use them again. We also have them take care of our preventive maintenance. We've used them for ten years and they have always been courteous, prompt and professional.

The Manager of the business came out personally to inspect our Church facilities. On the day of the installation, the Technician arrived on time and was very professional. After installing the new touch screen electronic programmable thermostats, the Tech very throughly explained and demonstrated the operation of the new units. He told us to feel free to call his Company for additional instructional help needed. We are very pleased with this work.

My HVAC gave up the ghost last fall. Chickasaw tried to repair it but I opted for a new energy-efficient system. It was installed in one day. Every thing is A OK. I have not used the AC yet but under the contract Chickasaw will check it out

I have a yearly contract with Chickasaw - spring and fall start-up/shut down for ac/heating. The company called before the repairman came - well within the appointment time frame. The repairman was polite, professional, and cleaned up after himself. My ac/heating unit is in the attic which makes it difficult for me to check on things up there. The repairmen check things out and advise me of any potential problems. In 2008, the repairman informed me that my hot water heater was leaking. I was able to get the heater replaced before water started leaking through the ceiling. His alert saved me a huge repair bill.....and Chickasaw my customer loyalty.

I was recommended to them by my neighbors across the street. They were the most fair of the companies when I needed to replace my A/C 9 years ago. If I call, they are always out here and they have been really faithful. If you have a breakdown in the middle of the night, they come out at no extra charge. I've never had a problem with them and they're always very nice. Their pricing is fair and they never try to sell you something you don't need.

My experience with Chickasaw was extremely good especially since I had absolutely no idea what to expect in putting heating and air into my house. The workman were very professional, friendly, informative and polite. They got to my home at 9:00 a.m. (the time they said they would be there) and worked all day. The workman were top notch! I was impressed with Alan Rutland, who owns the company. He was very honest and straightforward in answering my questions when he came to my home to give me a quote for the work I needed done. Having gotten four other quotes, I liked the fact that he gave me his, but also gave me some good advice even if I decided not to use his company. I was impressed with the fact that he did not have to give me that advice, but he did anyway. After reviewing my quotes, I decided to go with Chickasaw. When I called Alan back, he told me the process that would transpire and that is exactly what happened. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs heating and air put in their home.

The gentleman who showed up to run an estimate was prompt and courteous. However, their quote was at least two times the price of other companies that come highly reviewed on Angies List. I don't doubt the quality of their work but expect to pay several thousand dollars more than you would have to otherwise.

It went great and the price was very suprising in a good way. Only $177 for an hour of nasty dirty work... on a SUNDAY! I know that my A/C is going to work much better and since it doesnt have to work so hard (because of the mess of hair and fluff in the filter) I know my utitilies will be better since it wont have to work as hard! The repairman showed up without calling first - I had no idea he was on his way. When he arrived, he said that the a/c unit had to remain off for a couple of hours so he could add the freon that that he'd be back around 4pm. He never showed up. I called Chickasaw and spoke to a man who said he'd contact the repairman and call me right back. He never called back. I finally called the after hours number and the repairman showed back up at 7:30pm that night (and meanwhile, the house is 95 degrees). I never got a quote for the new unit even though I followed up with the office to ask where the quote was. I went with Conway A/C instead. Needless to say, I won't be calling Chickasaw again.

The employees were prompt and courtious from the time I received an estimate up through completion of our install.
