Called them they said no problem bring them in they will be done in two days and they were.

It was very difficult to get a response. I had to be extremely proactive and call day after day to check on status. Glass arrived several days after it was supposed to, and was called to say they were on there way to my house without them even making an appointment.

BINSWANGER GLASS Things went well. They had to order special glass. It took a little longer, but it wasn't any inconvenience at all. Everything went well.

Very prompt, professional , and skilled. The 5 glass panels were replaced in about 1.5 hours. The gentleman who came was also very considerate. He did not want to come into the house in his muddy shoes after having fixed the window by the front yard.

Binswanger Glass is an excellent company and I have used them many times. They are professional, competitive and good. Their services are very good. They are economical and first rate.

I love them. They are the best people in the world. My house is 4 years old. I have low e windows and there was probably a manufacturing problem with the windows. I have 2 windows that are exactly alike, one in the front and one in the back. They have curved bows on the top which means that they cost a fortune if anything happens to them. There are 4 spaces in each window. Two of the spaces in the windows, one in each window, had condensation come into them. They had that happen immediately after I had them professionally washed, shampooed, or cleaned at the end of summer in August just before Labor Day. It was so odd that they were the same window. I said that it must be a manufacturing problem for it to happen the same time to the same window. I could not go back and could not do anything about it. I tried. I could not even find the maker of it so I had to call around. I thought I would change the whole thing but it was way too expensive. To replace just those 2 sections of that window I was getting horrible prices. I ended up going with Binswanger, not because they were the lowest but because they knew what they were doing when they were telling me what they had to do and how it happened. Matt was the salesman. He came out and he looked it up and he said he would come back. I had some other companies come and look at it as well. I ended up giving it to Binswanger and the men who came out were so good and nice. They had to come into my home and measure and do all the stuff. They were very polite and put on stuff so that they did not bring mulched stuff into my house. While they were here, they asked me if there was anything else they could do for me. One of them was tall and I jokingly said that he could change my air-conditioning filters. My ceilings are 14 feet in the air and I have 2 air-conditioning filters in the air. That was a joke because he was 6 foot 5 inches. He did and when I tried to pay him, he refused. He asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. I told him I wanted to buy a glass top for my table. So far it had been too expensive. They charged me $242.00 and the prices I had been getting from other places were in the 270 range. It is a round table. It is supposed to be all round, but he showed me how it went. I told him that it was all I could afford from them and the next year I would save money and I would get a new top for my new chest. He told me he would go ahead and measure so he did not have to come back. He took the measurements and he left. Some other people came and put the windows in. They were nice and clean. They protected my house. Then this real tall guy then came back and told me that he was delivering my glass top. He put it in and it is beautiful. I love it. It is thick. My husband cannot break it. My husband likes to use screwdrivers on my dining room table. We have pared down to where we only have one table and we are using our very best. We spent about $250 with tax. The price was a little on the higher side. As a result of a hurricane, the master bedroom window was broken. A rock had hit the window. We knew that the window had been broken for some time and eventually the crack got bigger and bigger. They came and replaced it. They were very professional. They stuck with the price they quoted. The gentleman who came out and replaced the window was very efficient. He worked around the people who were replacing the siding on the side of our house. He got in, got it done and got out by himself. We will use this company in the future.

They are extremely professional and I'm very pleased with them. The guy who came out to give me the bid was very professional and gave me a very reasonable bid. The guys were very punctual and from what I can tell their doing a really, really good job. They are not throwing glass all over my house or anything. The job is not quite done yet. The price included all the fixtures, labor and materials needed. I haven't even seen the finished product yet, but I would absolutely hire them again.

I suggested to them that maybe it was the hatch window in the hatch and that the auto glass needed to be replaced. The guy could have said that there was a leak and done the $900.00 job. He didn't and he told me that there was no leak in the hatch window and that the leak was somewhere else in the back end. I was really impressed with him. He could have said that he would replace it. He didn't take advantage of that or me. He didn't end up doing any of the work. He didn't keep me waiting. I would use them in the future if I needed to.

Things went very well. They were very straightforward, prompt and courteous. On the half arch, they saved me money because I thought it would have to be replaced, but they showed me how the pane could be repaired, and that was good.

They had great customer service. They came out quicker than they said they were going to. They were respectful about being around my home. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Work was performed as promised, on time and in budget.

I was misquoted the price of $215 and later found out that the real cost was $299. They stood behind the original quote and did the work for $215 and did an excellent job.

This service provider did a good job. They were always here when scheduled to be. The workers were very nice to my family and me and were courteous and friendly. They replaced the glass in my shower and everything look great.

Our overall experience was great. Binswanger gave us an over the phone estimate. They were prompt and professional. The worker arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. He replaced the broken window and cleaned up the surrounding area. We will use them again if the need arises.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID NICE WORK.
