called them to have them come to my house to replace my truck's windshield. We agreed that they'd be here between 9 and 12 the next day, but I hadn't heard anything from them at 11 am so I called their office to make sure they were going to make it. The individual on the phone said that the technician was running late and that he'd be there after 12:30. I agreed that it was ok for them to come the later time, but they should have called me if they knew they were going to be late. Once the technician showed up, he was very nice and professional, however the windshield he brought with him was the wrong one for my truck so he had to drive all the way across Memphis and back (additional 1.5 hours). All in all, yes I have a properly installed windshield, but it took more than 6 hours of my time to get it. Not what I was expecting from an Angie's List "A" rated company.

I gave them the measuremenats and it was spot on. Very good experience.

I had a little trouble initially because they didn't glue the rubber on properly. I took it back in and they fixed it.

Called technician came out measured. Then ordered glass... Couple weeks later an installer called scheduled an appointment and put it in. All was smooth. Called them this week to fix a rent house. Job was good, cleanup was good...

They responded to our request for a quotation very quickly, scheduling a visit within 1 week.The estimator came on schedule and provided a estimate and time frame for completion. The following week, they came out and replaced the window in a timely fashion. The work was performed professionally and to our satisfaction.

The work was good, but pricey. The worker who came out to do the job apologized for the high price and told me he had to charge what the home office wanted.

The price was good. They were very prompt. They sent the guy out, he did the estimate and then the installer came out a few days later and put the window pane in. Most people that I had gone to didn’t understand what I was looking for, whereas these people, when I asked them whether they replaced window panes, they said they do and they call it glazing. Even when I called other places to get prices and things like that, they did window replacement and not pane replacement. I didn’t need to have a whole window taken out; it was just one piece of glass that needed to come out and then be replaced.

They did a good job, I would use them again. They showed up on time, did the work as they said, and were professional.

The manager of the Dallas store was extremely good at getting someone out to our house right away. The installer arrived on time and worked the entire day replacing 12 windows that were destroyed by the hail storm in Dallas. Highly recommend this company. Professional all the way.

I have been very happy with Binswanger's service over the years. They charge reasonable prices, and have very quick service. Most recently, I took them a small windowed door (almost like a very large peep hole) that is in my front door. It was outdated with orange wavy glass, so I wanted the glass replaced with frosted glass. They warned me that since the glass was inserted in the wood frame -- sort of built in -- there was a chance they'd break the wood frame when trying to extract the old glass. I took the chance, and they said they'd put their "best guy" on the project. A few days later, I came back and it was perfectly done! I was so happy, and was mad at myself for waiting so long to get that done!

I called Binswanger who advised me to contact my Insurer first.They coordinated the claim with my insurance provider and arranged to do the work.There was a mis-communication in that they did not advise me that the car had to be unlocked and as a result they could not perform the work as scheduled.I had provided my cell phone number but neither the dispatcher nor the technician called me. I had the call the next day and reschedule them.Once rescheduled, the work was done as promised.

Went very well. Appoointment time was kept and in fact I was allowed to go on in ahead of my appointment. Did the work very well andvery propmtly. Have no complaints.

They are easy to work with. I didn't even meet them, I just did all the stuff over the phone and they set up an appointment with the tenant in the house and took care of it. It was easy.

The person that answered the phone was very professional and helpful. The service was scheduled for the next day. The technician came out to my office and replaced my auto glass in less than an hour. However, my glass was not sealed in one spot, Binswangerapologized and made sure the problem was corrected the very next day. The technician was very pleasant on the second visit as well.

They were well priced and came out within a few hours and did a great job at my home so I didn't have to drive my car with a broken window in the rain.

Their price to install it was $180. I thought that it was expensive and so we did it ourselves. I have been satisfied with them. I really had to wait for the glass.

They were very attentive, even for a small job. They had it ready when they said they would. It was cut perfectly. I had a good experience.

I had to call a couple times to get an estimate and check on the status once I placed the order. The installers were a little late, about 30 minutes. Once they were here they were very professional and very quick. 2 windows in less than an hour. I had 2 quotes done and they were the cheapest. I had done business with them previously and their quotes seemed to always be the lowest.

Great experience. Offered free onsite install at no extra charge. Quick response and on time. I have several quotes and they were by far the lowest price by at least $30.
