Description of Work: They did what we hired them to do. The guy was professional, punctual & clean. He came inside to clean the chimney and was very careful not to get it all over the living room. I would recommend then to anyone needing a Chimney Sweep.

Description of Work: He was on time and did an oustanding job of cleaning my chimney. During inspection he found some cracks in my fireplace and fixed them also. He pointed out some problem area that I will need to take care of to avoid leaks. I will be using them again in the near future. Best Chimney cleaning I've had in 20 years.

Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned fireplace and chimney. This had not been done for about 6 yrs, since we're light fireplace users. Used this company twice before. We live in western Fayette Co. He also pointed out and sent me photos of rotten wood he noticed when he was on the roof. This had not been mentioned at all by the company that did roof inspection I purchased on Angie's List a few months ago.

+ -1 moreIt was 5 star service across the board. They were just excellent. We were very, very happy with the service. We didn't have any particular problem. We were just looking for a general cleaning for the season so we were not expecting any difficulties or anything. We are renting the house and we found the information that the owners left in the house. They showed up on time. The gentleman was very friendly. It took less than half an hour to clean the chimney. He was straightforward and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. He was on time, friendly and professional. The price was right and he did a good job. We felt that he did a very professional job. He was quiet but very nice. He arrived right on time at 10 in the morning. We would use him again.
