He arrived on time. He installed a new garbage disposal. He left no mess. He charged me the amount that was quoted to me on the phone.

i called to make appointmentwith very nice people. they called back later with cancellation and came same day. the service man was very nice checked it get me estimate and fixed it in about 15 minutes. labor and appointment was $100 .m a little high but thewy were Nice

After deciding not to try to fix it myself, I called this company and was impressed with the receptionist's professionalism and prompt attention to my problem. Derek came the next day right on time. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. So glad it wasn't a heating element, which would have been very costly. He repaired just what was necessary and answered some questions I had about my washer, as well. Very pleased with the service from A plus Appliance and hope I don't need them anytime soon, but won't hesitate to call if I do!

The repairmen showed up almost to their estimated minute. They looked at the dishwasher, and explained what the problem probably was. A quick tear down of the control panel confirmed it. The "helper" went out to the truck and got the proper part-the first time. The head repairman showed me the burned out part, explained how Whirlpool had changed the design in the newer models, installed the new part, started the dishwasher. It runs perfectly. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. They give an Angie's List discount, so mention that straight away. They offered me the old part, which was not necessary because I watched them perform the work. Their clean-up after the job was quick and efficient. Would I hire them again? In a heartbeat. I asked which problems would facilitate the purchase of a new dishwasher. You know, "It's cheaper to buy a new one than fix the old one." He gave me a quick rundown and I took notes. I could not be happier with this work.

This repair company is THE BEST. I have an older washer. They replaced the transmission on it a few years back. It ran like new since then. One day, I could not get my washer to work. I called them. It worked fine once he got here! So, he did not charge me. Instead, he said call me if the washer breaks; but I am not charging when I did not do anything. That is unheard of. I am so thankful for this company. I would not use anyone but them. I know they cannot stay in business by working for nothing, but I sure appreciate what they did for me on this occasion.

It went well as expected! My friend oversaw the work as I was gone ,but he thought the service was excellent and would also recommend them tonanynone!

I would give this company an A++ if I could . A PLUS lives up to its name. I was told that a service rep would be at my house between 8 and 10. I received a call about 7:30 that morning and Jerald arrived about 7:45 which was better for me since I have a "day job". Within a half an hour, he had safely removed the locked ice bucket, removed the solid ice, and had my crushed ice and cube dispenser up and going like new. He also took time to explain why this had happened, how to prevent this from happening again, and some dos and don'ts. The best part was the price. I was charged $114 and some change. I remember recently calling an garage door company who said they would charge me $175 just for the service call, not counting the charge for the problem. This company is reasonable, professional, honest, and deserves every high rating they have gotten here. I will be calling them again should the need arise, and, will glady recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Wayne came. We have used this company before and they are immediate and punctual. Wayne is another example of the professional, friendly, experienced people used by this company. Wayne was friendly and it only took him a few minutes to see where the problem was on the leak, he went and got a new hose, and it was fixed. I mentioned we were having trouble with the icemaker. we couldn't get the ice to drop down into our glasses. He took a look, and could tell something was amiss. He was sure it was probably the switch, but tried some remedies to rule out any other trouble. It was the switch. He didn't have that exact switch in the truck and it would have to be ordered. He called back in about a week, the part was there - could he come now - yes, he could come. The part was not fitting right and come to find out that the previous company I had used to work on the exact same problem and shortened wires to "make do". He was like a bulldog - he was not going to let this get the better of his knowledge. he worked, he scrimped and he did whatever it was he did until it fit the way it was supposed to fit, and, yea, Wayne got the problem solved and my icemaker is working the best it has in a long time. It was a pleasure to have him come and I will call this company again and again for any other problems that come up. Thumbs up A+!!

Determined that compressor on ice maker had burned out; advised against repair in favor of replacement; suggested vendors from whom to source the ice maker and gave me a helpful lesson in preventative maintenance. As to the dishwasher, diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve; returned two days later with the part and make a quick repair.

He told me what it would cost to fix it and that it wouldn't cost that much more to buy a new dishwasher. He told me about a store that was closing and had good dishwashers on sale. He called them for me and got the prices of different models. He suggested that I shop around and check back with the store that he called. Thanks to his help, I got a good quality dishwasher installed at a good price. I would recommend A Plus to anyone.

They came when they said they would, charged what they said they would, did the work they said that would, and did it well. I couldn't be more pleased.

We noticed a loud noise when using our dryer (Kenmore Calypso Elite- 6 years old). I checked Angie's List and found that A-Plus Appliance Repair had an excellent rating in both service and price. I called them on Feb. 14 around the lunch hour. They took my information and asked if I would be at home that day (Feb. 14). I said yes, and they had a service repairman contact me within minutes. His name was Jerald. The repariman came to my home within 10 minutes, analyzed my problem, and stated that the part was available in their stock at the warehouse. The part is Blower Wheel # 697772. He gave us the cost estimate and promised to return the next day to complete the repair. We received a 10% discount on the parts due to our membership with Angie's List. Jerald returned on Feb. 15, made the repair, and tested the dryer. All workings were fine, and the price estimate remained the same. Jerald was very courteous, and he offered information on the care and maintenance of our dryer and vent system. We are very pleased.

This is a followup report. They called to tell me that the parts that were ordered for the repair came in. We set up an appointment for the repairman to come and repair the oven and dishwasher. He called me 10 minutes before he came and he was on time. He repaired the controls for the oven and the dishwasher. He tested both before leaving. He left me the old parts and took the time to show me what had gone wrong. The repair cost was a little less than the estimate. I have already referred this company to someone at work and they were very pleased with their experience also.

Called in the morning and they came out on the same day. I had checked the parts price on line prior to the repairman coming out. The estimate on the parts was in line with my research. The labor estimate is very reasonable. He was very through in that he checked all of the wiring on the range and also checked the stove top to be sure that nothing else was wrong. He was very informative and professional. I also had him look at my dishwasher which was still working but not on all the cycles, He got me an estimate on that also. They will have the parts in 2 days. I will send in another report after the repairs are done.

They did a good job. My wife will call them again if needed.

They were very good. I ended up getting a long term contract with them. The guy was good. He waived the visit and I bought the part and the long term coverage. They were excellent. They did a good job and I would go back to them. It was $80 for the visit and theywaived the price of the fuse which was $9 or $10.

Washing machine would not spin water out and kept giving us an error code on front panel. The service man arrived exactly on time and gave us plenty of notice too. He was exceptionally professional while being friendly and knowledgeable about the required repair. Unfortunately the parts to repair the machine would have been more than replacing such an old model. I have used A Plus Appliance more than one and would always call again.

They did very well. I’m not sure exactly what they did, but they did something and it worked. They were prompt and on time. They were able to figure out what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. They were flexible to my schedule and they got the job done. The workers that came out were very good. There were no complications at all. Everything’s holding up very well. I didn’t have the time to compare their prices with anybody else, and so I don’t know if their price was fair or not. They were responsive and very quick. I will use their services again in the future.

He came in and went right to work. Took him less than 20 minutes to replace the part.

They were good. They charged about $37 for a service call. It was very less than another company and that’s who I usually use. I think they estimated about $115 just to come out and look at it. I kind of knew that and I didn’t want to pay that much. They were really honest and they didn’t try to sell me anything. They could have fixed it, but it would have cost as much as a new dryer. They charged a modest service call. They came when they said they were going to. They came very quickly as well. It was the second time I used them when they were last here.
