They have been to our home several times and each time we got EXCELLENT service, very punctual with appts., polite technicians, very knowledgeable and they come well prepared with parts and plenty of time to get the job done right!! I would recommend them to anyone and have done so to several friends! Don't call anyone but A Plus if you want the job done right!!

Called Aplus and set up appt over the phone. Technician showed up on time and completed repair in a timely and professional manner. Works fine now.

The oven is in a rental and I live out of town. Friendly and simple process beginning to end.

Repair man came and diagnosed problem, gave us an estimate, and completed the work. I use them whenever I can. Sometimes, it is hard to get scheduled, probably because they are so good!

This company has done multiple service calls to our house. They have always shown exceptional professionalism and are extremely knowledgeable. They always get the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Called the office and set up a time to have the problem looked at. Office very good at calling and repair guy was always on time. Cleaned up after himself and did a great job. Cost was fair. Had to make two trips because the part had to be ordered. One thing though, the cost for initial service call was $60 plus tax. This is seperate charge that did not go towards cost of repair. However repair was easier than expected and he lowered the original estimate because it did not take as long as he thought to put it in. The $261.10 was the service call and repair bill added together. Overall great job and I'll use them again!

I needed a part for my Washing Machine on a Saturday morning, this store has Saturday hours. They did not have the part I needed but was able to get if for me by the following Tuesday. The part I needed was not available at any of the different part places I called. A Plus Appliance was able to get the part faster than other people and at a slightly lower cost.

Jerald called before coming and was well within the window they had told me to anticipate. He was polite, friendly and very professional. He's been doing this a long time, so he was able to rewire another brand of fan and adapt it to fit so I wouldn't have to wait 2 days for my particular brand of fan. That would have meant losing a great deal of food. He explained clearly everything he was doing as he did it and gave me the price before he started the work so I could decide if it was worth it. He was very organized and efficient and left everything clean. He's a tell-it-like-it-is sort of man, and I felt he was very trustworthy. I would recommend this company to others and will definitely call them again for my appliance repairs.

Quick diagnosis of problem. Felt that service was honest and efficient. Very satisfied with service and cost.

It?s not that I cannot do it but it?s better if someone can do it for me. The problem started before the warranty run out so they fixed the problem. I will recommend them because the guy came out and I have used them several times. He did not tell me things or sell me things that are not necessary. He showed me how to do things. He has a good personality. They will call if they are running late. They are easy to deal with especially in times of emergency. They do an excellent job with no short cuts. Everyone is just nice and they kind of work together.

Service provider was on time, professional, and friendly. Recommended a new dryer instead of repairing the old one and had parts with him to repair a leaky washer. I have used this group before for a refrigerator repair and the experience was the same. I recommend this firm for any appliance repair.

We used them before. It was fine. They fixed the problem. The clean up was fine. The service was fine.

He did a good job. He fixed it and gave me a few tips on some other appliances. I think I've used him before and he was nice. He was done quickly. Everything is an A. I'm about to call him about my dryer.

He explained the problem, adjusted a setting on the dishwasher, and charged us only for the service call. A great result.

I called A Plus Appliance Repair on 12/22, and they came the early the next morning. Checked out the machine, and confirmed what I already suspected, the timer was bad. They had to order a new timer, and with the Christmas holiday and weekend, it was Monday (12/29) when they were able to get back. Tommy replaced the timer, and stayed until he could run it through the cycles and be sure it was working properly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. One of the things we discussed was the options: putting over $250 into this washer, or putting that $250 toward a new washing machine. (A Plus does not sell machines, so it was NOT a sales pitch). He said that if I were to change my mind, they could send the part back. I opted to fix the one that I have, because it was one of the last models that Maytag made with metal parts instead of plastic (or so I was told by an appliance dealer). The repair and check took about a half an hour, and now the machine runs great! I am not sure if the price was common or high, because I didn't shop around. I have used A Plus before, and I value their honesty and integrity.

They were extremely responsive and came out the same day. Ray Diaz called me to say he would be arriving within 20 minutes, and he was prompt and professional. He diagnosed and remedied the problem, and even explained how to change the hoses to the washer to prevent future problems, going the extra mile by offering his phone number if I needed coaching. I couldn't be happier with the awesome service that this company, and Ray Diaz, provided.

I called to get pricing and availability for a control board for a dryer. The lady who answered was very nice and professional. i gave her the part number I needed and was quoted $207.xx plus a $60 core fee and sales tax. The part was in stock. I informed her that I could order the same part from an online vendor for $107 with no core fee, no sales tax, and free shipping. Her response was "I understand". Well, I understand also. I am all about supporting a local business, but not when I am being overcharged by over 100% for a product or part. Needless to say I ordered the part from the online vendor. For the $180 savings i can wait a couple of days to get the part.

After parts arrived, Wayne installed them, and took away old parts. Wayne knows what he is doing, he is in quickly and out quickly doing his work professionally and pleasantly. Wayne also has the patience of a saint explaining everything to a curious old lady... Wayne has done other appliance repair for us and I always request him when I call.

The gentlemen arrived at approximately 4:15. They removed the ice maker and determined that the timing was likely off. They dislodged several large pieces of ice, reinstalled the ice maker, and made sure it cycled appropriately. They instructed me on what to do if the same issue arises again. They indicated that if the ice maker failed to produce ice then a replacement would be likely since the timing mechanism is not independent from the ice maker itself.

One the three occasions I have used A Plus Appliance Repair, Gerald has been the technician sent to my house. I'll request Gerald next time I call A Plus. Gerald had to read the electrical schematic diagram to identify the circuit boards (two of them) that were the leading suspects in my refrig being totally dead. He ordered two new boards and returned within about two days to install them. Gerald told me replacing one board - the one that got wet - might fix my refrig, but the second board may have shorted out in the breakdown process and need to be replaced as well. It turns out my refrig needed only one circuit board replaced. Had Gerald been a dishonest man, he could have sold me two circuit boards, but he did not. Same thing happened when he came to fix my washing machine. The motor had stopped working in the washer. Gerald got the motor working again and gave me several things to try to restart the motor if it stopped again. He explained that maybe my motor was dying, but maybe not. Now Gerald could have told me that my washer needed a new motor and made a bigger profit for his company, but he was honest. With A Plus, I also experienced quick appointment scheduling and Gerald kept all appointments within the time window.

I called and left a message August 25, 2014 and Chris called me back first thing on August 26th. I mentioned in my message that I had a dishwasher draining problem and also mentioned I just replaced the garbage disposal. Chris knew exactly what the problem was and told me how to fix it. I immediately fixed it and called Chris to let him know. Chris didn't have to tell me the problem, he could have made a service call to diagnose the problem which obviously would have resulted in some type of charge. I appreciate Chris sharing the "how to" fix information and would hands down use his company again if I needed to.
