Great! Technician knew how to diagnose the problem, he knew that there are many different models of timers, that they are not interchangeably,and he knew how to quickly install the replacement unit. I did not rate price with an A because the replacement timer was over-priced. The labor charge was $40.00 and the trip charge was $45.00, both reasonable.

Service personnel was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service.

The phone consultation was great and I felt like I know what I need to do. I will probably have them come out to repair as quickly as possible.

We have owned a HE washer for 7 years. We started having a water issue pooling in front of the machine. I did some research and found it might be the gasket under the tub. I replaced this myself and also replaced the door seal. This is the first gen HE washer and it has the mildew problem. There is an updated door seal that helps prevent this issue. I also installed a washer fan which is just magnetically held in place on back of washer. The mildew odor problem has been resolved but the water leak was continuing. After spending half a Saturday working on it myself, I decided to find a real repairman. I have used A Plus several years ago. The technician found the problem which was the leaking cold water valve. He suggested I replace the hot water valve while he was there. I agreed. I really like this washer and maintenance will keep it running smoothly. He was done in half an hour.

On Sunday my clothes dryer stopped working and I emailed the company an appt request. Promptly Monday morning they contacted me and set up the appt for between 10 - 2. They called when they were on the way and got here by 10:30. They were professional, very pleasant and fixed my dryer. Their pricing didn't seem outrageous and is certainly a lot less than a new dryer! I'm happy.

The company did the repair work just fine. But soon after their visit, my house was burglarized in a planned strike, during a time when I have a regular appointment. I had, foolishly, mentioned this regular appointment to the scheduler when setting up the repair time. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Technician was very informative and professional. Looked at the oven, quickly diagnosed the part it needed and left a bill plus an estimate with the renters. Called me and gave me the part number and the price. When I asked about alternatives, he advised me as to what could possibly save me some money. No high-pressure sales pitch whatsoever. I ended up buying the part and installing it myself, but I would definitely call on A Plus again if needed.

They came out for a service call. They are higher priced than most companies. They only offer a three month warranty and the manufacters offer a one year.

When the ice dispenser on the refrigerator stopped operating, I called A Plus Appliance for service. The receptionist was very courteous and helped me set up a date for repair. On the date of the service, I received a call from the serviceman letting me know he would be arriving shortly. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. Fortunately, he had the correct part in his truck and had the unit repaired in about one hour. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend their company to others.

Great job. Friendly and helpful from initially calling the company to the service. Also, very prompt--got my washer fixed two days from when I first called them.

Very professional and responsive. Came for the estimate and the installation when they said they would. The part was expensive but my online research indicates that they gave me a fair and comparable price on the part. My only disappointment was that I paid about $90 between labor and a "trip charge" for about 10-15 minutes of actual work, including estimates. The problem was literally diagnosed instantly and it was just a matter of putting in the part. I'm not terribly upset, because you pay for what you get and I got a responsive company out to my house the day after christmas with the part ordered and installed a week later.

I run a small Property Management Company and have been using A Plus for about 5 months. A plus has been great! Their office staff is always friendly and on top of everything. They normally get me scheduled for 2 days after I call so not a long wait time and they always come out that day on time. Wayne has been my service technician on all of the calls and is extremely knowledgeable. He gets the job done correctly the first time.

We had an error code on our 5 year old Samsung front load washer (something about a water level sensor). Anyway, I called late in the day on a Monday, and the company said they could have a technician come out Wednesday morning. They gave us a 3 hour window I believe. The technician actually called us on his way and was there around the earliest time they had given us. He quickly identified the problem, and said he had the part on his truck. He replaced the part and tested the washer. He was in and out of our house in less than 45 minutes...it might have been under 30 minutes, but I can't remember exactly. Either way, he was pleasant, on time, and efficient. We have had no problems with it since the repair was made. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

They didnt get back to me in time, even though they were supposed to get in touch with me witihn 72 hours.

The washer would sometimes make excessive noise during the very high spin cycle. It also flashed an error code one time. The repairman called 30 minutes prior to say he was on his way. After examining the bearings, shock absorbers, and springs and running the spin cycle, he couldn't determine any reason why it was making noise. He did, however, level the washer in case that was the source of the problem. After he left, however, it occurred to me that I had a took kit leaning against the washer and that may have been the source of the noise. Also, since the error code only flashed once and the washer was working fine since then, he suggested no further action at this point since the repair for that error code would be very expensive.

The technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. My dryer ended up needing a new motor and the technician suggested that, since my dryer was 18 years old, I might want to buy a new one instead of repair the old one. He also recommended a brand that he has found to be the most reliable. Although I was charged a service fee for the call ($45 plus tax) I was pleased with the overall experience.

My experience with A Plus Appliance Parts and Repair was exceptional. The woman who answered the phone was polite and proficient. She set up an appointment for the next morning. She was friendly and gave me a service window. The technician called prior to arrival, which was within the first 30 minutes of the service window. The technician was friendly, professional, and inspired trust. He did a complete diagnosis of my Maytag washer. He recommended replacement. He explained that the work needed was quit expensive and that the washer could eventually have further problems (because the washer is 11 years old). I appreciated his honesty and recommendations. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called for service because I could not figure out why my refrigerator was not cooling even after I replaced a couple of parts. The appointment was made, the repairman was on time and he checked the defrost heater and advised me it was bad. He told me that as I had already replaced other parts which were related to my problem, he said that I only needed to purchase the heater element, install it and I would be good. He shook my hand and as I asked him how much the service call would be, he replied that he had other appointments in my area and there would be no charge as he was confident that I could fix it myself.
