I called for an appointment for appliance repair and was told they did not have any appointments for about a week and a half. I was stunned and didn't know if this was a normal amount of time to expect for a repair. I asked if I could go ahead and schedule an appointment for 7-10 days away and if I was able to get a repair done in the mean time I would call to cancel. I was told to call around to other companies first and then if I could not get service there would be plenty appointments available at the end of the next week. I replied "I'll just find someone else to come out" to which the reply was "OK". Hey, if they don't want my business there are plenty others who do.

I was afraid I would have to get a new refrigerator because it had stopped working. However they came out and got it fixed. They were very courteous and professional as well.

.When I called to arrange for the repair they requested the make, model and serial number so that they would be certain to have the parts necessary when they came to repair the machine. An appointment time was set and the repairman arrived promptly, having called ahead to confirm the appointment and again when he was on his way. He very rapidly ascertained the problem, acquired the part from his vehicle and had the washing machine repaired in no time. He was very professional and extremely personable and helpful. He even gave me advice on how to easily move the washing machine if the need arose

The roller on the top rack of my dishwasher had been broken for ages. Other people had told me that they couldn't get the part. It had gotten so annoying that I was about to buy a new dishwasher even though this one washed dishes just fine. I called A Plus. The lady who answered the phone suggested I take a picture of the problem with my ipad and bring it to their offices. I did this. She got the part in a few days and installed it. I was so happy. Everyone should be this helpful. I will for sure call them again.

Excellent. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They ordered necessary part before they came to repair. I was called when the part was slow to ship. They came on time and called before they came. Very easy to work with. Serviceman was knowledgeable and professional. Would use again and would have no reservation recommending to someone else.

I called A Plus Appliance to clean my icemaker. They confirmed my appointment by phone prior to arrival. The technician, a very courteous gentleman showed up on time after calling me when he was on his way. He acted very professionally and finished the job in a timely fashion. He also explained what he did thoroughly.

Freezer quit working as efficiently a few days ago. We also could feel excessive heat on the metal sides of the frig. We called the company on Tuesday. The dispatcher told us it would be Friday afternoon before she could schedule anybody to come, although if there were openings on Wednesday due to cancellations, she would send somebody. The technician called late Friday afternoon a few minutes before arriving. I described its problem and he said he knew exactly what was wrong. He requested a vacuum cleaner to clean out the dust in the back of the frig, which he did. Meanwhile he explained that because of the age of the frig ('98 model), that there was a small chance that the condenser would still go out after the fix, but he felt that the probability was fairly low as we caught the problem early. He quoted the price to repair it. We let him fix it. He chatted amiably while working and got it done in less than 45 minutes. Refrigerator appears to be working well again. Hopefully the repair will keep it going for a few more years. We used this same company to repair our ice maker a couple of years back. The technicians are very courteous and professional, and explain what they are doing and why. As with most service providers these days, they don't give you an exact time when they will come, just whether it is afternoon or morning.

We contacted A Plus based on Angie's List recommendations and were delighted with the service. The technician called in advance of the appointment, arrived on time, and completed the repair in less than an hour. He behaved professionally throughout and we were delighted with the company and the technician from our initial call for service to completion of the work.

We were given a three hour window of time in which to expect the service, and the technician called almost exactly in the middle of the time frame. He arrived approx. 10 minutes later and started immediately to work. He was professional and personable the entire time, completing the job in short order. He explained what had most probably caused the problem and showed us how to fix it if it happens again. We were extremely happy with the service we received and the price we were charged. A Plus Appliance Parts and Repair will definitely be our "go-to" service provider in the future.

Great job and very fair price. Professional interaction in setting up appointment. Repairman Wayne Roberts was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Mr. Roberts was effective in explaining the problem and the repair. He arrived within the appointment timeframe. To top it all off he brought treats for the dogs.

When I called A Plus Appliance Repair they asked several questions to try to determine the problem with my washing machine. The day the service call was scheduled, the repairman called and again asked questions to ascertain the problem with my washing machine. He stated he was very certain that the problem sounded like a common issue with my brand of machine but he was out of the parts needed to fix it. Since he was so certain as to the problem with my washer, he rescheduled the service call so that he would have the necessary parts available to fix it. Thus, he would save me from having to pay two service charges. The repairman arrived on time for the service call. The problem with my washer was exactly as he had surmised. The repair was done quickly and cleanly. I was very impressed with their knowledge of my machine and the effort made to save me an unnecessary service charge.

Our washing machine stayed out of balance. We called A+ Appliance repair. They were very polite and courteous and scheduled our repair promptly. They even called in advance and asked if they could schedule us on a different day so someone very experienced in repairing our machine could come. The technician arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Would definitely use them again!

A Plus Appliance and Repair gets an A+++ from me. They were very prompt in coming to my rescue. It Took Best Buy (the store I bought the appliances from and paid for installation) 2 weeks to come out. Best Buy's repair man made sexiest remarks about me and was very rude to my husband. They left my dryer disconnected and did not finish the job and told us it was our responsiblity to reconnect the dryer. I went a few more days without a dryer, until I found A Plus on Angie's List. The receptionist was very compassionate and understanding and kept me well informed of when they would be there and the approximate cost of hooking up my dyer. The repairman, Derek was wonderful, he called to give me an ETA and called again when he had arrived. When he fixed the flex line on the back of the dyer, he was very informative and was glad to demonstrate what he was doing. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are tops in my book.

Business appropriately named! Repair person prompt and professional yet friendly. He really knew what he was doing. He did not miss a beat making the repair and testing before he left. He was well groomed as well as very well mannered .I thought the price was a little high but it was a whole electronic board that needed replacing. But nowadays everything seems to be constructed to require expensive and non-do-it yourself motherboards and computer chips. Washer has worked without a problem ever since.I would not hesitate to recommend or use again. They worked with me on scheduling and even had me give exact model # of washer so probable parts needed could be on hand for initial visit thereby avoiding a second visit for actual repair. Office staff had their act together.

The Tech was very professional and smart! He taught me about my refrigerator during the course of the service. He was on time and even call me back to check on the repair service the next day to see how things was going. I will HIGHLY RECOMMAND A Plus to all my family and friends, because they are very trustworthy.

The guy was very nice and polite. After letting me know that I had an old washing machine and was hard to get parts for, he then turned on the washer to see that the transmission was bad and informed me that it would cost me about 500.00 dollars to fix it. I don't have that kind of money. On top of that he wasn't here for more than 7 min. and charged me $49.16 for that info. You got to be kidding me. To me that was a fast 50.00 bucks then run. I was hopeing for something better from Angie's List. Heck I could have found someone from Craigslist to tell me the samething for 20.00 Singed unhappy......

It went well. They came on time. The guy was knowledgeable and I was happy with the service.

The refrigerator wasn't cooling and the ice maker wasn't working. We thought our home warranty policy covered this repair;it didn't. So we went on Angie's List and found the company with an A rating and good customer feedback. We decided to call A Plus Appliance. Mindy scheduled the appointment for the next day (she was as friendly and professional as others has commented). They showed up on time and got it working shortly thereafter. Their magnet is now on our door I case we need them again.

Excellent. Repair tech, Tommy was a professional. It helps being near their location. Repaired within 2 hours. No one likes the cost of repair especially when the cost is 1/3 the cost of the fridge. It could have been more. The fridge is not that old. Reminds me of the poor quality parts they are putting in appliances today. I also have a 20 year old Kenmore fridge that has never gone bad and is still going strong. I am a quality demanding individual in people and products. Excellent service.

Our dishwasher had not been cleaning for several days. A-Plus was able to get someone out within 2 business days to evaluate the problem. The woman on the phone at the office who scheduled the appointment provided excellent customer service with a good attitude. She even thanked me for giving them the opportunity to serve my needs. The technician showed up on time and called about 30 minutes in advance to confirm his arrival. He was professional and knowledgeable. He determined the needed repair, then advised me of the cost for parts and anticipated labor. He was frank and said that, given the age of the machine (10 years), it would probably be wiser to replace it than repair it due to the high cost of repair. (The part alone was $250.) When I asked if he had any suggestions as to good brands to buy, he gave me his experienced opinion. I was only charged for a service call. I was very impressed and expect to use this company in the future when I need appliance repair.
