Description of Work: Our "boot" gasket on our front loading LG washer needed replacing. The engineer who came to the house was knowledgeable and courteous. I would use their services again.

Description of Work: I have a 30 year old oven, the top door hinge was bent and because of its age, can't be replace, so the repairman showed me how to straighten it and confirm that it was I closed. He also replaced the bottom coil. My oven worked perfectly for Easter dinner!

Description of Work: Work WAS performed, but not by A+. Instead of letting me pay them hundreds...or more...to fix an apparently common issue with Kenmore washer drums, A+ advised that we call Sears to see if the washer drum was still in warranty (which it was after 8 years). Long story short, we were able to get the washer rebuilt completely for about $300, but if A+ hadn't given us such excellent, honest advice we could have spent much, much more. I am very grateful and recommend A+ highly. They'll be my first call In the future...in or out of warranty.

Description of Work: I have contacted A Plus Appliance Parts & Repair Service on two occasions, but we have not had them do any repair work for us. I can say that their helpfulness and professionalism (and responsiveness and punctuality) during our phone contacts with them justify a grade of "A" or "A plus." If we had a repair problem they could help us with, we would not hesitate to call them; and, we would be likely to hire them to do the work.
