Good experience from call through the service. They were very responsive, pleasant and professional. The total charges - service plus labor - was reasonable.

VERY quick response. Professional and knowledgeable technician. Had to come back second time but did not charge for that visit.

Even though I elected not to pay for the motor replacement the overall experience was extremely positive. The gentleman from A Plus Appliance called 1/2 hour before he arrived, arrived at the scheduled time and was very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and explained how he knew what the problem was. Gave me the price for the complete repair and left it up to me to decide whether to repair or not. No pressure at all. When I told him I would just shop for a new one he spent several minutes telling me the pros and cons of different makes and models (although his company doesn't sell appliances). I consider that exceptional customer service. I would most definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Although it was a fairly simple fix, they checked it out thoroughly and charged only a (very reasonable) trip charge. There were pleasant and professional at all stages of the process. We'll definitely call them again when we have a real problem with an appliance.

He was able to come out the same day, that was important. Overall, I was happy with the service and I would use them again.

Called this company based on all the A ratings here at Angie's List. Jerald arrived on time and went right to work to determine the cause of our problem with the automatic ice cube maker. After giving the equipment a thorough inspection, he determined the problem was the fill valve which he replaced. Jerald was very polite, had a very neat appearance and cleaned up after himself. We will definately use A Plus again for appliance repair needs.

Called on a Wednesday afternoon about a washer not running properly. They were very pleasant and scheduled me for the next day. I received a call 30 minutes from the repairman prior to his arrival. Repairman was pleasant & professional. Unfortunately my washer had reached the end of its life and he recommended it be replaced instead of being repaired due to the cost of replacing major components on the machine. He also recommended places & brands (and gave details as to why he recommended) to purchase and was very sympathetic regarding the situation. I appreciated the honesty and hope that I don't have any problems for a while, but if I do I will call A Plus Appliance again.

Responded quickly. We called on Friday, and had we called slightly earlier, we could have had someone come out that day, but had to wait until Monday morning. Took less than 30 minutes to fix. Very courteous and professional. We will use them again for whatever repairs we need that they can make.

Excellent company and service! Called Monday morning, scheduled service. Employee called ahead as requested and arrived in the promised time frame. The repair was completed quickly, on the day of the call, and with friendly service. The cost was reasonable, and I would definitely use this company in the future.

I have a full size Whirlpool electric dryer that the timer control knob just stopped working. I really needed my dryer and I called them and set up a time for someone to come out. The gentleman that came out was very pleasant and found out the problem right away. He told me that the timer switch went bad. I asked if he could fix it very easily and he said that he could but he would have to order the part. He said that he could have it over-nighted to him and be out the very next day to install it. Well, he called me the next morning and said that the part was in and he wanted to come out later in the day and had it fixed in about an hour for me. I was very pleased with his service and with the fact that I could dry my clothes again.

I had called them about the problem with the washer and they came out that very night. They didn t waste any time in finding and fixing the problem. They did good quality work and were very nice servicemen. They were very polite in my home.
