Wonderful! Very quick. Friendly and Professional Noticed the other light was hanging lower than the new one and asked if we wanted that once shortened--we didn't even ask--he took it upon himself to ask and took care of it. We finally find a contractor--and we've had plenty--from AC to painters, etc.... in our home over the years, and this is truly the first one that did their job RIGHT for a reasonable price. We definitely will use them again for future electric jobs.

I got their estimate on a 4-tube flourescent light fixture (they would supply fixture) and something like LED or LCD under cabinet lighting. I thought that their price was too high and I went with a firm that was about $1500 less.

The workers arrived on and time and did an excellent job. The work areas were cleaned after the work was complete.

Cale came out to help us when our breaker went out. He was nearby when we called and he was able to be at our house within 20 minutes of my call. He was able to complete the work within an hour. His charges were very reasonable for the time he was here and the cost of the part. He came in very knowledgeable right away. He was very professional, ready to explain what he was doing, and was fast at the job. We received a copy of the itemized bill in the mail after the work was completed.

The electrician did a superb job in a timely manner and was very friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will use them myself again. A+.

Cale Gwin came and changed out the outlet that was the problem but instead of just leaving he double checked everything else in the garage to make sure there wasn't any other problem He took his time and was very thorough. My Husband was very impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge. We were also pleased with the price since it was right around $100.

Their bid came in approximately 3 times more than a competitor. The company I ultimately chose did the work in 2 days as opposed to this company's estimate of 10 days. I couldn't afford the time or cost of choosing this company

I had called the company after hours and left a message and my number. They returned the call the next morning and I made the appointment then. They scheduled me at a time that was convenient to me. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. The A-C Electric electrician performed a lot of work in the short time he was at my home. He added an outlet to a wall where I was having a wall mounted TV added. He checked a 220 circuit for me and surmised that the air conditioner was bad not the circuit. He checked 110 circuits in the basement, replaced a pull chain fixture in basement and pulled new wire in basement. He also replaced a wall outlet in the basement. He did not need payment at that time. They billed me and I was surprised at the bill. I expected to pay a lot more than the $153.00 I was charged. I recommend them highly and would certainly use them again for more electrical work. They get an A+++ rating in my book!

Don and Sam who is the owner are great to work with. They always price out my electrical needs at a fair price compared with other companies I have used in the past. A/C Electric will do all my electrical work in the future.

The serviceman, Chris, arrived promptly for the initial appointment and was very professional. The compressor and fan motor had to be ordered/replaced and Chris kept me informed on the eta/status of the order until the shipment arrived. My ac is working very well and I will recommend A-C Electric to anyone in need of HVAC or electrical work. Great job, A-C! The rep arrived on time (gave a call first), was friendly, professional and polite. He asked some questions to best determine the root cause of the electrical problem and quickly and efficiently made the repair. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience! Great company!!!

Excellent - quick, timely and cost effective.

I called them up to help replace a light switch timer because my old one had broken. Turns out my house is so old it does not have a neutral wire so the switch I bought a Lowes did not work. Cale told me that he would not charge me for this trip and installed a new light switch until I could buy a new timer. He also told me if I could not find one at Lowes his company would try to find one for me. Very nice and very professional. I will use them again.

I have used this company repeatedly for the past several years. On every occasion, they have been professional, punctual, and courteous. An example of the quality of their service would be the time my new dryer didn't work. I thought, at first, there was an electrical problem. One of their electricians came [right on time!] and worked for hours to repair the connection to the dryer then told me he thought the dryer itself was faulty. I later discovered that the dryer was not faulty - that there was yet another connection problem. I called the company, explained what happened and, with no questions asked, that same repairman came, spent hours underneath the house [yuck!], and found the source of the connection problem. Because this was their honest mistake, they didn't charge me for this second visit.

They were scheduled to put the finishing touches on our new screened porch so we could really start enjoying it. I had purchased the fan/fixture in advance. It turned out that it could not be flushmounted as we needed. They went ahead and installed the outlet and reurned 3 days later to install another fan/fixture. They were always punctual and courteous, cleaning up after the job. Technically they could have charged me more than the original estimate because they had to make a 2nd trip due to my error, but they billed me at the original estimate.

About 5:00am I heard what sounded like something hitting the outside wall. I didn't know at that point what the problem was. After it got light enough outside, I went out and discovered that the electrical connection hardware for the electric cable feed and the meter box had come loose from the side of my house and partially collapsed due to the weight of the cable. Luckily, it didn't break the cable and I still had power. I looked up electrical companies and found A-C Electric on the BBB website. I noticed they were close by, so around 8:00am I gave them a call to see if they could help me. They checked and said they did have a technician available in about an hour. I told them to send him on out. He got there about an hour later, took a look at it, and told me, yes, he could repair it immediately. Of course, he didn't have everything on his truck that would be required so he had to go back to the office to pick up what he needed. (Another good reason to find someone close by!) He told me it would probably take a couple of hours and he was going to need some help from another co-worker and that he would have to cut the power. He called for assistance and began working on it. His help got there promptly and worked with him until the "heavy" work was complete. He finished up and got the power back on before it got too hot. (Local temps have been in the 90's this summer.) I was only without power for about an hour and a half. All in all, a great experience for an emergency repair such as this. I am completely satisfied with them, their professionalism, and the quality of their work!

The power had gone out in my elderly mother's house on one of the hottest days of the year. I replaced a couple of fuses with no results. I called A/C at 5 p.m., and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. (My mother was not at the house at the time, so we had no problems waiting until the next day.) They promised to call when the electrician was on his way since they knew someone would have to drive a distance to meet them at the house. The electrician called as promised and promptly arrived. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He showed me the source of the problem after only a few minutes, then replaced the part quickly. He was careful to check inside to make sure everything was working properly. We discovered that some of the lights were not coming back on, and he discovered that I had not screwed one of the fuses in all the way. He rechecked everything again, and all was well. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again.

My original electrician bricked and I wanted to get this job done while I was still off work. These folks had an estimator out to my place in four hours and scheduled the work for the next day. They knew what to expect from the job, where my previous electrician seemed stymied. Cale came in and finished up in two hours, start to finish - including removal of the old fixture and fully calibrating the new ones so t hey hung at the same height. They look perfect. Excellent work. Minor issue: He made a lot of dust and offered to clean it, but it clearly required some mopping and I didn't want to watch him do it. I would prefer he had just put adequate dropcloths everywhere, as the dust even went through the ones he put down.

I thought that the company did a fine job on the work. They explained everything to me and had completed it in a great amount of time. There were no problems and I would recommend this company to family and friends any time. This company has a great creditable reputation that is a high rating in my book.

The price for this company's part of the project was included all in one full bill to the main contractor. We did however meet with the electrician, and he was quite the personable guy. He was very easy to talk to. He was explaining things to us and answering our questions without us even having to ask them. Everything went very well. There have been no problems of any kind with the work this company did.

It took them almost two days to get all of the wiring done that needed to be replaced to get the new systems installed. Everything that they did has had no problems or anything. As far as I know, they could not have done a better job.

We are so happy that we finally have central air conditioning. The guys who we dealt with were very friendly, and very positive about their work. We definitely felt that we chose the right company. We had a few quotes, and no one was really any more expensive than the other. We found that they worked very hard and fast and had our project done in a timely manner. We thanked them so much. They made sure we knew how to work everything before they left.

This company does a fabulous job with all of their work. I am always pleased with everything. I have recommended this company to many of my clients. They are great to work with and make sure to take time out and complete the work properly. I do not really do pricing with the work that is done in my home due to the nature of my interior decorating business; the price is bundled or varies.

I am an eighty one year old woman with eight great grandchildren. I can no longer do things on my own like I used to, and so now I have to hire people to help me with various purchases and installations. I was very pleased with my electric company and with the work that they did. My son also always checks on what I am being charged for services that are done in my home so that I am getting fair rates. I just found the young man who came to do the work to be very polite and kind and I could not ask for more from an electric company.
