THE REPRESENTATIVE CAME ON TIME. WAS VERY FRIENDLY. DID THE WORK NEEDED AND CHECKED SOME OTHER ELECTRICAL ISSUES HE NOTICED. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM OUT OF THE WORK AND HAVE USED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE THIS JOB.

Excellently. The serviceman arrived promptly as scheduled began the work. He also explained to my husband some potentially dangerous conditions because of previously incorrect wiring, not done by this company, and made the corrections.

I called to get quote on having a few things done. They came out and took a look on the next day, which was a Thursday. He informed me that it maybe Monday before I would get the estimate. I thought that was a bit odd that it would take so long, but figured it wasn't that big of deal. I never received an estimate. Had to go with a different company.

The company was prompt in coming out and giving an estimate and breaking down the cost of each separate project. Scheduled work promptly Arrived at scheduled time Did work in a resonable time Cleaned up very nicely

The estimator arrived when he said he would. However he was very aloof, and did not seem to engage himself with my situation. (We needed a direct line run from the circuit box to the cabinet over the range so we could install an over-the-range microwave.) His only investigation was to walk around the back of the house. I contrast this with the estimator from another company who explored many aspects of my house, looking for an efficient way to run the line. When the estimate was ready (also on time, we have no complaints with their punctuality), it was TWICE as much as the other two, (which were within 10% of each other). The fact that they were so far away from the other two makes me wonder what they were up to. Maybe they hoped I wasn't getting any other estimates so I wouldn't know the difference. In any case we went with one of the other estimates, and this other company did the work very well.

These guys came out the same day I called, took care of all my issues, and did it for a reasonable price.

Although I called and e-mailed 3 electricians from Angie's List, only AC Electric responded over the weekend and was the first to return the call on a Monday morning. A technician was sent the same day, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We asked him to change out the electrical socket from a 3 phase plug to a 4 phase plug for our dryer. The work took maybe 20 mins, and he even hooked up the dryer vent as well! I would definitely recommend AC Electric to perform any electrical work on your home or business.

They installed some lights in the kitchen. They are excellent and punctual.

I called and set up an appointment for an estimate and they came when they said they would, even called first to verify. They also showed up on the agreed upon date to do the work and also called to verify on that visit as well. I like that because I had to take off work to be at the house both times so I was pleased I didn't waste my time waiting and wondering. They had to go through my brick walls to add the outlets, the finished product is very neat and professional looking. The rope lights were installed on my pergola with the clips that were provided with the lights, 2 days after the the lights were installed we had a very hot day and the lights fell out of the clips. I called them up and they came the next day and used some clips that they had purchased and re-installed the lights and they look great again and with the new clips there is no danger of them falling. I enjoyed my experience with these guys, they did what they said when they said for the agreed price....I would recommend them to anyone.

I like their dependability. I have used them since the 70's. Their customer service is excellent and prompt. Their professionalism is good. I would continue to use them in the future.

Cale came and i showed him what needed to be done and left him to do it. This company is the best. Always punctual, the work is done quickly and professionally. I reccomend them without hesitation. I will definitely use them again.

We found this company by using Angie's List because we didn't know who to call. A service person arrived at the appointed time that same day. We were given an estimate and an explanation of what was going on. The service person was especially friendly and all problems were fixed. We had no problems with the service. We will definitely use this company again.

The guy they sent out was very friendly and personable. It is a good company. They know what they are doing. They show up when they say and they are very dependable. They do good work. The price was good.

I had two electrical issues. One was a very old defective light switch and another's was an exterior line that was tripping the breaker when I turned it on. A/C setup an appointment that was just a day out and showed up on time. The electrician quickly fixed the light switch. Next he worked very hard to troubleshoot some old and incorrectly installed lines, then found that the outside line was a problem in the ground. He did a great job for a very fair price considering the difficulty of the job.
