Had to leave a voice-mail message; the call was returned the next day. Asked for an estimate which was timely given. Scheduled 3 cleaning appointments. No one showed for the first appointment, so I called to reschedule. Normally, I would've canceled but the reviews here were so good. The deep cleaning was good for work done but not completed. You pay for hours contracted (on contractor's estimated amount of time needed); the chicks do not stay until the house cleaning is finished if it takes more hours than estimated. Two chicks showed up for the second appointment (instead of 1). They did an excellent job and had time to spare. We requested that 1 of the 2 come back for the third appointment. I advised Andrew, the scheduler, that 2 chicks and come instead of 1 and he credited the third visit. One of the requested chicks showed for the 3rd visit (which they had called to reschedule) and did an excellent job but ran out of time and the floors were not completed.

Great job! I can't live without them now.

They have come for about 2 months now. They call each week the day before they are scheduled to come and tell me who is coming (it's normally the same chick, but they would inform me otherwise) and what time. They welcome comments/feedback on the cleanings. The house is left in good condition with notes on what was done. Very nice.

There is one person that comes to clean the house and he stays about three hours. He does an excellent job, is very dependable, and does everything that he says that he will do. I have had to reschedule the appointment a couple times because of certain things that came up and they did not charge me to do that. Jack always calls me the day before to confirm the appointment. I did check around for pricing and they are a little higher than other companies, but well worth it.

We like the way in which they clean our home. They are punctual, very sanitary, and the price is perfect for what we were looking for in a good housecleaning agency. We also like the fact that they have worked around our schedule so far and follow up really well.

The team arrived on time at 9:30AM. They brought their own supplies and did a thorough job. I've got lots of mirrors, tile and slate floors. All were washed quite well. Dusting included my pictures. They asked me questions if they were unsure of what I wanted. It was a great experience. We will continue to use them.

So far so good. The woman who was assigned had a rough first day, but has since smoothed out and the cleaning is top notch. They say what they'll do and they do what they say. The rugs are vacuumed, the sinks, toilet bowls and showers are cleaned, fresh linens are put on the beds, laundry is done, the shelves in all the rooms are dusted as are all the pieces of furniture. A wooden floor is mopped as is the kitchen floor. Today the "chick" even polished the tea pot.

They do a superb job on my home. The price goes by what I need to have done. I feel they are very much worth what they charge in the quality of the cleaning that they do. They clean all the areas of the stove and appliances. They don't skip on chores that people usually don't like to do like toilets and sinks.
