They arrived on time and the work was performed in a timely manner. They were friendly and even told me the items that was reusable would be donated.

I wasnt ready at the time I purchased the deal but he promptly respondeded and was very quick about getting back with me.

They were prompt, very polite, well spoken ,and respectful of the property. They called before they came and even showed up early. They looked at what I needed done and unfortunately could not perform the service but I would definitely use them again.

Had a wonderful experience. There was a 2 hour window. They called 30 minutes ahead and arrived promptly. I just pointed to what I wanted to save and what was to go. They took care of it very efficiently. Filled up the truck. Turned a year long project to clean it out into a morning. I was very happy with the service.

After being contacted by the business, we arranged a mutually beneficial time. They showed up and assessed my need and disclosed early on that there might be a need for additional cost. After factoring that in (and how badly I wanted this mess cleaned up) I agreed. They efficiently took care of their business and were very pleasant. I would use them again without reservation.

We had a very good experience last month with 1-800-got-junk. They were couretous, prompt, and communicative. Not only did they remove the junk, but they also hauled away the old rusty shed it was in. And they took a photograph of where the shed used to be and emailed it to me to show me the results. We should have called them years ago. They were great.

I bought a coupon that covered $225 worth of hauling. The workers called to let me know that they would be at my house within 45 minutes. They showed up promptly. They were professional and polite. They removed as much as they could from the attic and items from my yard and garage.

They did a great job and they were right on time! They helped clean out my garage. I had them take a rug, bookcases, and shelving. They also went through the house with me and I pointed out everything I wanted to get rid of. They were so good about taking everything I didn't want. There were two guys that came and they were great. They did have to call two more people to come help them with very heavy shelving and he didn't charge me any extra. They were careful, thorough, and made sure not to scrape the walls when they were carrying things out of the house. Nothing gave them a problem! They took care of everything; they were excellent! They filled the truck! It was the best deal!

I bought an Angie's List deal for 1-800-GOT-JUNK for $99. The same day I bought the service the provider contacted me via email to schedule the pick up date. The provider selected one of the three days I listed when I bought the service. The provider gave me a 2 hr window: 9am-11am. On the day of the service, I received another email indicating that someone was going to call me and give me a more specific time that the two hrs window. I did receive the call and the message that the provider was going to be at the house at 10:30am. They arrived around 11:20am due to traffic. A driver and his assistant came to the house and picked up the material. They did a great job. I do recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK and I am planning to use them again in a few weeks.

I purchased an Angie's List deal ($99 for $225 worth of service) and in my message to the provider I said that I needed this done as soon as possible (I'm trying to sell my house). Someone from the office called right away and said someone could be out yet that day. Could not have been easier. Concrete (which the city won't take at the curb and some other waste removal companies charge extra for) was gone in the blink of an eye!! Awesome!

From the beginning, everything was great. Rob called and discussed what was to be hauled and said that it was covered under our deal. They came ahead of schedule and called before and after they had finished. They picked up the rubble and there was not one piece left. They did a great job and we will use them again if we need anything else!

They were very good, but I had more junk than the deal allowed. I didn't mind paying the extra, though. I appreciated how rapidly they got the second truck to me.

It went great. I would recommend them because he is honest, trustworthy, keeps his words because he did not get all of the trash that he needed to get for my home in that day for his truck was full. But he told me to come back in the area, would come by, and pick it up. That means a lot to me.

We could not have been more pleased with 1-800-GOT-JUNK! We simply pointed to the items we wanted removed and they did all of the work. They were very professional and did exactly what they promised. We received a phone call before they arrived so we knew when to expect them. Definitely recommend them!

We had tons of debris- some had already been hauled away, but we had a pile in the backyard remaining. It was in a bagster, but too heavy to drag to the street for a WM pickup. Had one other contractor quote the job and it was very expensive. I spoke with the 1800gotjunk owner before I bought a deal through Angie's List to make sure the deal would cover the amount of debris we had. It didn't, but he showed me his regular pricing on paper, and advised me to buy the deal and pay a small fee above that to cover the whole job. The 2 combined covered the job, and we saved a few hundred dollars doing it that way. Very polite, and stuff was gone quickly. The didn't leave a bunch of small pieces behind which I was worried about. Very pleased.

They were great before the job via email and quickly confirmed a two hour window for Saturday. The guys showed up promptly at the start of the window, and we agreed upon a price for the extra amount of junk beyond the Angie's list deal amount. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They arrived within the 2 hour window that was given to me by the scheduler. The workmen were very courteous and kept me informed of their arrival time and any delays; which I certainly appreciated. I highly recommend this service.

Kyle and Jonathan were very prompt, polite and friendly. The call center quoted a price based on a list of items that needed to be halled off. Kyle explained that the fee quoted was for one item and gave me a high price. After checking with the call center he agreed to do it for the price quoted by the call center and apologized for the misunderstanding.
