I was scheduled from between 8am - 10am on a Sunday. 10:30 am no one showed up or called. I called them and was told someone would call me back about what time they would arrive. 12:30 pm no one called or showed up. I called again and was told a manager would call. 3pm I gave up, wasted my whole weekend day off. Hiring someone else.

Team communicated with us and kept use up-to-date with their ETA. They were polite and hard workers.

Very responsive, showed up on time, removed everything in record time, and even went back and swept up after the garage was empty. I was quite pleased.

Two friendly young men came and quickly removed it all. Will definitely hire again and recommend to friends. Great service!

Listen. Micah and James with 1-800-Got-JUNK literally saved my sanity and restored my peace of mind. It's Spring cleaning season, and it's hard enough for me to sort & bag everything... so they found a way to get rid of it for me, because, Lord have mercy, it would not fit the curb. And I didn't lift a finger. You have GOT to use them to help you with ANY cleaning out project you're doing. They can even be at your house in the same day! Micah and James are friendly, respectful, and hardworking gentlemen. And they have a great (yet professional) sense of humor. They are worth every penny. You needed to call Got JUNK Memphis yesterday.

The service turned out great. It was a very good experience. It is a good company.

Showed on time for estimate, but asked to postpone a day due to extra business. No problem for me, but they were a little late that next day. Once they started to work, they were fast and very professional. I was very pleased with the results. They topped out their truck - they had estimated it would three quarters of a truck - and came back the next day and finished up with no extra charge. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Removed 1 ¾ truck loads of unwanted household items & debris they until donate 1 recycle or dispose of. Worth every plenty spot – saved me a tremolos and 8 time & effort. Very professionally done.

What a great service! The two gentlemen called to let me know when they would arrive and showed up as promised. They were very polite, friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

You all said they would honor the price but when this guy came to give me an estimate said you already used it one time and we're not going to honor it again. I said Angie's List had talked to management and it was okay. The price was fine.

I called this morning and within 2 hours they already came and picked up freezer and metal poles. They were very professional and nice to work with. I would definitely call them again. Ethan was very nice and was quick. He called and let me know he was coming in 25 mins and was right on time.

1-800 Got Junk were great to work with. They responded quickly to my Angie's List message and called to set up a time for a walkthrough and estimate. Hunter came out within a day and gave an estimate for the attic rooms and also for an old garage and shed. The prices were very reasonable. The crew came about 2 days later and had the entire attic cleared out and swept in about 2 hours. They were removing junk that was supposed to have been removed by the previous owners. It was nice that we could just get it taken care of for a low price without having to delay the purchase and moving into our new house. We are very happy with the junk clearing/hauling service. It was quick, easy, efficient, and fairly low cost. We plan to use this company again in the future for clearing the garage and shed and we already have an estimate, so will just call and Rob will have us scheduled within a day or two of calling. No waiting around, they will get it done quickly.

They were on time. I had requested to come after office hours and they did come exactly when they promised to come. Did the work quickly and cleaned up the garage after they were done. Both the guys which were sent were very pleasant, professional and I was very satisfied with their service. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I called THIS MORNING about getting some things hauled away, and less than 4 hours later, I've received the service. Brandon and Ethan did such an incredible job of removing everything without doing any damage to my floors or walls. AWESOME WORK.

Hunter and Evan were the two young men sent to work for me. They were delightfully professional, especially considering how young they are. They were articulate, very well-spoken, and obviously happy in their job. They lifted, moved, and helped me sort a huge amount of stuff in about 3 hours, and I simply couldn't be happier with their work. I urged them to take a break, because it was quite hot, but they relentlessly kept on the job, cheerful and hard-working in spite of the heat. I can't ever remember being happier with a service. Not only were they very effective in getting the stuff out of the house, but they were simply delightful young men who enjoy their job and take it seriously. Kudos to this company for training such excellent workers!

The services were below my expectation...They were in and out in 30 minutes and refused to pick up tiles because they didn't have the right equipment (wheel barrow).

Other than being a few hours late, they did a fine job.

They were on time, professional, neat and got the job done quickly. So good, I contracted their services again June 2015 and will use them again in the fall.

It went incredibly smoothly-- they were able to schedule exactly when I wanted to schedule, they called 30 minutes before they arrived, they arrived on time, and they did the work quickly and cleanly!
