Description of Work: We went to their showroom and were shown the garage doors they used and the different quality and cost of each. They gave us samples and brochures so we could make our choice. We called them back and ordered the mid-grade door. They told us the installation would be 2/18/2015. They called the day before with a reminder. They had truck problems the day of service but called and informed us of their progress getting it repaired. The installed called and let us know he was on the way. He removed the old door with the broken spring. He installed new tracks, springs and door. Then he connected and adjusted our existing garage door opener. All the old equipment was removed along with the new door packaging. The installer was very professional and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with the door.
