Tech showed up, analyzed the problem and fixed it in about 25 minutes. The problem stemmed from backing into the garage door without opening it first. Needless to say two of the panels were bent which made it difficult to open and close the door. Apparently this had happened to other customers so the tech had the supplies to fix it. All in all, a good, quick job.

I solicited 3 quotes to have garage door replaced in West Knoxville. I wanted to go with another company I had used for the past ten years, but Garage Doors of Maryville was the least expensive. They were also more responsive than the others, met all promises, and installed a quality product. I would definitely use them again.

Overall the job went very well. We received three quotes for the replacement door. Garage Doors of Maryville gave us the best price. We visited their show room, and was pleased with the options they offered. We were looking for a fairly basic, insulated, door with windows. They had to frame down our opening because of limited head clearance in the garage. All three quotes verified that this would be a necessary step. My only wish is that they could wrap the exterior trim with metal to finish the job up. None of the three providers we got quotes for him offered this service. I guess we'll have to find someone else to do that portion. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and selection from this company. I would recommend them.

Very well. Ryan came out to inspect and determine what all was needed. Very patient and courteous in answering all of my questions. Springs were on backorder but the office did call me a couple days later to let me know they were in and we scheduled the 2nd visit. The two men that came that time were very kind and efficient. The bill was in line with what I expected, so I was pleased.

Estimated time was set, made arrangement to be available during the stated time, serviceman was approximately 2 hours early. Tech called to change time to benefit company not customer. Repair took less than 15 minutes. The charge was $145.00. (At this price, service was $580/hour). Do you think this is an over charge? No service receipt was left of work performed.

Everything went wonderful as I hoped it would. They came out to my house to do the work and finished sooner than I expected. The new garage door is very quiet and easy to operate. The price was reasonable and they gave me an Angie's list discount and repeat customer discount as it turns out the original door was installed by the same company. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service.

Arrived on time, was professional and courteous. Replaced old garage door opener in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again in the future.

WOW, what great service!!! I have tried a number of the Knoxville companies with limited success. Lots of no-shows and high prices, but this company is different. They called when they were a half and hour out as I requested, the installer were professional and quick. They took their time to look over the door and discuss some repairs that I had requested. They discovered that I had given them the wrong dimensions for the garage door seal and told me that they would be back; no additional service charge. They cam back on the 17th and finished the job. This is my new, do not call anyone else, garage door company.

Work was prompt , Tech took the time to answer all my questions....Very happy with the service i received.

Ginny Mason is the manager of the company and she is great! She worked with me to special order a green colored garage door then kept it in storage for me while I was out of town on a work assignment. The installer was on time and cordial. After the unit was installed water started coming in to the garage from under and around the door. Ginny sent the installer out several times during the next year to attempt a solution but nothing worked. Finally, after 16 months of attempts she ordered ordered a new type of seal and sent her crew to install new door and floor seals. She honored the one year warranty and made repairs until the problem was fixed. I highly recommend this company as they are honest and dependable to take care of you and install quality product.

All went well. The spring wasn't old, it broke because of other worn out parts causing friction and jumping. The technician found these issues and discussed them with me. They had a package to replace those crucial parts which included the replacement of the rollers on the edges of the door. It was a fair price and was all done in a short amount of time. I knew there were some worn bearings in those rollers, so I knew I would need to replace them soon anyway. Now my door seems to enjoy opening and closing, when before it sounded like the shrieking eels near the Cliffs of Insanity.

I called and it was right before Easter so I didn't think we would get service right then. When the technicians arrived one of them unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and it worked. The other technician oiled things. My son in law gave them a check. I called the office and said I was a little disappointed that I couldn't have been told this in the beginning. I also told her that the remote opener worked before the door stopped and now it wouldn't work. I told her that a new battery was put in and made sure it was facing the right direction. She said she would send the man back out and see what was wrong. The technician arrived gave my son in law back his check. Opened the remote, took the battery out and put it back in and it worked.

Starting with the initial call for a quote, The scheduler and office staff were professional and friendly. Paul came out to ascertain what was needed to be done and formulate a quote. He was on time and professional. The next day I was called with the quote amount and to set an appointment for work to be done. Due to a personal conflict I had to change the original appointment and this was done with ease and the understanding that appointments change. The girl who did the scheduling made me feel very comfortable. I was called the 2 days before with a time frame. Josh came out to do the work as scheduled and on time. He was efficient and professional. He answered all my questions. Made sure both doors functioned properly and met our expectations. This is a company that deserves your considerations. I believe that they are the best in East TN.

They said over the initial phone call it would be either $35, if something small, and $70 if it was something big. They also gave some advice to try before they had to come out, but we had already tried those things. They came out promptly the next morning and were on time. The problem was a broken cable and so they charged us the $35, which I thought was very reasonable. We were really satisfied with this company, would use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

They did fine. They were excellent and very professional. They were out here when they said and we would give them a triple-A. They told us about some things that we can look forward in the future that might become a problem. So, I think that was real nice. They didn’t have to say that, but they went ahead and told us what might turn into a problem later on. They said that they wouldn’t charge me anything to come out if it doesn’t get fixed or adjusted. However, it’s working fine. They provide good quality. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Garage Doors of Maryville was recommended to us by he previous owners of our house. I was not able to keep the opener adjusted and called this company to come and do a routine check (BTW, their tune up charge was cheaper than two other companies we had received fliers on in the mail). This company had installed the original garage door opener five years ago and remarked to the owner at that time that the springs were not the right size (I saw evidence of this from a note made on the garage door and dated back then). This same company came out two years ago and had to replace the opener sprockets and made the same comment about the springs. I had to have springs replaced on a garage door at another house I previously owned and was familiar with the consequences of having the wrong sized springs. The crew that came out was very professional. They showed me what they were doing and gave me the old parts. They worked together as a team.

I called them to change the garage door springs for safety. I don?t like stretch springs inside the garage especially when they are extremely close to the plumbing. So I called them up and they came out. As a matter of fact, the lady who owns the company gave me an estimate right over the phone. The guys then came out to do the job. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. They had the whole job done in a couple of hours and gone. They went through the whole garage doors even though they didn?t have to, but it?s a standard thing they always do. They went through the whole operation of the garage doors including the rollers, the hinges and even the garage door opener. They made sure that everything worked just fine before they left.
