Description of Work: Foothills Asphalt and Concrete repaired and asphalted my 40-year old driveway. They did an excellent job. The owner indicated he had a 5-week backlog, but it took a little longer than that for him to get to me - that is why I gave them a "B" on punctuality. Part of the delay was my fault as I was on travel and I wanted to be present when he work was done. However, I had availability during the 6th week and he was unable to get to me then. The price was a little higher than I had hoped to pay. I don't mind paying for a quality job so I accepted his bid, but to get an "A" the price would have needed to be lower (note - I still consider a "B" to be a good rating). Once a day for the job was set, the owner and his team arrived at my house at exactly the time he said he would (so from this perspective punctuality was excellent) and they worked hard to complete the work. I am extremely pleased with the end result. I would definitely use Foothills Asphalt and Concrete again and give them a strong recommendation to others.

+ 0 moreWe wanted to do something to take care of the problem visitors had navigating the slope of our driveway from the road up to about 120 feet. Mr. McCall came out to give us two estimates, one for asphalt and the other for concrete. He gave us good advice on the pros and cons of each type of pavement for our situation and gave us a very good estimate compared to another one we had from another party. It did not take long for us to schedule the job. On day one they graded the area and framed the space to be paved. The crew members arrived on time, worked hard and wasted no time. They were respectful and polite. The next day they poured and swept the concrete. They set up cones at the entrance and then came back two days later to pull gravel around the sides, and remove the cones. After 48 hours it was ready for light traffic and walking. We are very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Foothills Asphalt & Concrete graded a relatively steep part of our gravel driveway, poured concrete with reinforcing material, swept the surface and graded along the sides.
