Very professional, Great charge for the service!

Darius (owner) came to look at the job and said he'd get back to me by the following Tuesday (after Memorial day) with an estimate. I think he guessed in the $350 range before doing the numbers. He called on Tuesday and confirmed the final price. Since this was less than a propane grill of similar quality, I agreed to proceed. Darius and a helper showed up on time and completed the job in about 3 hours. They restarted all the gas appliances and tested the grill before leaving. I was able to use it that evening. They did a really nice job, drilled a hole under the deck and used flex line most of the distance before hard piping up through the deck floor in the corner for a connection. I really like the fact that he recommended I go to Lowe's or Home Depot and buy the female NG fitting, since he didn't have any and would have to order it. Probably saved me ~$20.

Mr Blair was very polite, professional and was delightful to work with. He did a superb job of removing the old logs, burner and fake "lava" which were all covered in black soot. He didn't get a speck of dirt on the WHITE carpet in the room! He carefully installed the logs and then vacuumed the area thoroughly when he was finished. He hauled off all packing material and the old logs & burner. The logs are wonderful and I have really enjoyed them this past winter. I'm really glad that I splurged on the remote-controlled logs too! Update 1/15/14: Mr Blair told me how to change the batteries in the fireplace unit and that fixed the problem.

My gas fireplace had quit working 6 months ago. I called in my heat and air guy. He got it working, but he said he just moved around a few wires and it started working again. 3 months later it stopped working. I played around with it, it started working and I was happy, but I neded to turn it off and adjust the logs properly when I had time and my wife wouldn't see me fiddling with the gas fireplace. I fixed the logs and, of course, it quit working again. I called in flame tech pro. He arrived on time, took one look at the fireplace and told me I had left the knob on the ignite pilot position. Doh! After this, he did his maintenence. This started with him laying down a large cloth to protect the floor. He then completely removed the logs, rocks, and burner and thoroughly cleaned all of it. He cleaned the glass. He even spray painted some of the corroded black sides. During this entire experience, he kindly tolerated my father in law's constant conversation. When he was leaving, he said some of my wires were loose and he tightened them up. My fire works perfectly and has the best quality flame that it ever has had. My only regret is that the warm weather is here and I won't be able to enjoy it any more until the fall.

I called for an appointment to repair my vent less fireplace. The receptionist gave me a three hour leeway. She called when he was on his way. The person making the appointment was extremely friendly. He was very professional and very meticulous. I felt the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend his service.

We had just purchased this home and we were not comfortable lighting the gas logs as they had not been used for sometime. We scheduled a service call and he showed up right on time. He was very professional, took his time, explained what he was doing and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job!

We were very happy with the services provided by Flame Pro. We purchased a house in the summer and had no idea when the logs were last serviced. Flame Pro scheduled a visit within a couple of weeks. They came when they were scheduled. In doing the service, they noted numerous minor issues and corrected them as part of the service. We were very happy overall.

The technician was prompt, courteous and very professional. He found and corrected several deficiencies on each fireplace that had existed for years and returned them to a fully functional state. He completely cleaned each fireplace and checked them for gas leaks and carbon monoxide emissions. In addition, he spray painted the hood of one of the units that was speckled with latex paint with the proper high temperature black paint. I would definitely use this firm again and will recommend it to my friends.

Our old propane fireplace was in need of servicing already but recently developed a small leak. Mr. Blair came to the house ready for action. He has all the latest tools and a wealth of personal experience. He laid out a series of mats to protect the floor and dismantled the entire unit. He found the leak easily and was able to repair it instantly. Then he did some touch up work on the fireplace that it badly needed, cleaned it, inside and out, and put it all back together. When the work was done Mr. Blair gave us some tips on care and use and recommendations for regular maintenance. I am so pleased with my fireplace! It looks nearly new and works better than it has since we moved in. I can't recommend Flame Pro Tech Services Inc. enough! They're the only people I'll be calling from now on. Thank you Mr. Blair!

Extremely impressed with Darius at FlamePro from start to finish. When I made the initial call and had to leave a message I did not have much faith in getting a response any time soon. I was wrong. He returned (actually his wife) returned my call to let me know he was out on calls but would be calling me back. That was very nice to know that they cared enough to not leave you wondering.He did return my call promptly. We set up a day/time and Darius was very prompt. He was very patient with my questions and was thorough in his explanations. When he was finished with his work he impressively cleaned up after himself and took pride in how everything looked. I could not have been more pleased with him. I will definitely have him on speed dial. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fair and excellent quality work.

My gas fireplace was performing poorly and needed cleaning. Darius Blair at Flame Pro was recommended by one of the stores that sells gas fireplaces as the best around. He is. He serviced the fireplace, cleaned and repainted some internal items. The fireplace has never worked so well!
