Excellent once again! Very professional and friendly. Keep everything spotless around their work area so no cleanup for us, and did an amazing job on the fireplace. Looked brand new inside again. It was fast and clean and works great now.

They responded promptly and were very helpful.

Technician was very professional. He readjusted the pilot light, replaced a faulty switch, rewired the safety switches, and cleaned the unit. The gas logs now work great!

From scheduling the service call to completing the job, all aspects of dealing with Flame Pro were performed with professionalism and technical excellence. I usually fix things around the house myself, but I don't want to gamble when it comes to working with natural gas and possible carbon monoxide issues. See above. They covered areas that were used to place and clean the logs and fixtures. They carefully reassembled the fireplace and it looked wonderful when they were finished. There was a potential problem with the chimney that they informed us about and provided us with pictures of same. We were very impressed with the quality of service provided!

A pressure problem was noted on one set of logs, after troubleshooting the issue, it was determined to be in my gas line and not anything with the logs themselves. Provider gave me recommendations on how to get the issue resolved. Provider was on time, dressed professionally, and were very knowledgeable.

Flame Pro was not able to make the first appointment on the 20th due icy roads. I received a phone call indicating such and was assured the tech would be there the next day. The tech took time to answer my questions and point out how the fireplace worked. This is a very professional company and I highly recommend their services.

This was my second experience with Darius and he simply is a great guy. My fireplace is very important to me, not just for ambiance, but for health reasons. I just can't allow myself to chill or tolerate a no heat power outage. Darius cleans the unit, checks the function of all the parts to ascertain reliability and longevity, and then spruces up the whole system with a good vacuuming and dusting. Everything worked beautifully last winter and I anticipate the same this season. As before, I am impressed with Flame Pro's credentials and earnestness in providing good service. Safety first!

He was tremendous. There was a problem with my fireplace. It didn't work quite like I thought it should. He took a part out, revised it, put it back and it worked better than it did before. All the way around he was extremely good.

Provider showed up at exactly the appointed time. He was extremely professional. He took apart the fireplace, cleaned and tested everything, and even hooked up a fan that was never installed properly when the house was built. Fireplace now works great. The price was reasonable.

Being an absolute "newbie" to a gas fireplace, I looked forward to this visit and was not disappointed. Darus is an excellent teacher and I learned everything I needed to know, not just about the operation of the fireplace, but all the safety concerns and issues of a propane unit. Great visit, great price and very honest man.

Thought I may need a new valve or logs for difficult to light gas fireplace. In fact, Darius showed me how to work it properly, cleaned the logs and the entire box, and it works like new. Can't believe my old, dingy fireplace looks and operates sensational. So grateful for his talent and patience. Excellent work. Wife took the order over the phone and was very helpful, and the follow up communication was great. Will recommend them in the future for sure.

Darius is a craftsman and a master at his trade. I felt very comfortable in hiring in him after he gave me an estimate to take out and install a new gas fireplace. He is certified for his trade and has many years experience. I wanted to hire someone that knows what they ares doing when working with natural gas. He patiently answered all questions and concerns. After the work was started, Darius discovered rotten wood that a previous siding contractor was to replace. I believe some contractors would have went ahead and installed or try to get away with a patch. Not Darius. He recommended doing it right, even though it would be a major inconvenience for him personally. He had the new fireplace with him to be installed. He stored the new fireplace until I was able to have my chaise rebuilt. Darius and his helper Scott, came and installed our fireplace. They were both very clean and professional. They took extra precautions to ensure no accidents occurred on our floor. I appreciate true craftsmanship and the respect they had for our property. This was a major job, and well done. When I went to pay Darius he did not charge me for the extra trip charge. I reminded him and paid him the appropriate charge. I admire his honesty and desire to complete his work with the highest work ethic.

They were awesome. With out reservation I recommend them 100%.

Flame Pro was very responsive. The technician replaced numerous parts, but the flame kept going out. They came back out everytime that happened until the problem was finally resolved. Never charging me again after the initial $125. They basically had to rebuild the entire igniter and pilot light assembly.

He provided the service however, I feel over charged because it was just a matter of starting the pilot. He did clean/spray it and tighten a screw, but the issue was the fact I am disabled and unable to start the pilot due to hand issues. I had called ahead and told them of my situation and concerns about cost and was told it would most likely be around $100 or $120 for simple clean and start. Another offer was available through Angie's List for $99 but when he came I told him I kept the appointment with him because it was already set up and I was willing to pay a little extra (thinking it would be $120 max) because he was already scheduled. I am a senior on social security and it seemed excessive as nothing was really wrong and all that was required was to start the pilot. Update: I felt I needed to explain why I would not use them again; They did a good professional service, however, it was the cost that I was not happy with when I simply had to light my pilot....I have arthritis and was doing it wrong. I would have called a neighbor to start it if I had known I was doing it wrong and there was nothing wrong with the unit. I was given a price for this as much lower if that was the case. I did however, put down a 9am visit when it was 8 am so they had to return later. I just could not afford $165 for lighting a pilot light on a fire place....a whole new unit (although not as nice as the one I had) could have been purchased for that price.

I would call him a Fireplace Doctor. The flame did not burn equally across the hearth anymore. He removed the logs, grate, and artificial embers. Found the burner not engineered properly to produce an even flame across the full burner. It needed a repair made and he had the equipment and knowledge to accomplish that. The flame now burns evenly and better than ever before. There was a prompt return to my first call to him. Appointment set up and he also called before arriving. Clean up was more than perfect because he made the glass doors look like new again. He was helpful in answering my questions about the workings of the fireplace. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work.

We had to leave town due to our daughter being in the hospital, so they were very accommodating about rescheduling for us. They did a very good job. I would recommend them.

The service was performed professionally. There was no mess or dirt left behind. Darius returned initial call timely and was within a half hour of his appointment time. He called to indicate a small delay and was diligent in his communications. The work was done within 45 minutes and the fireplace never worked better. Would highly recommend this company and their service.
